     Tow cases were studied and followed. Both of the cases were diagnosed

   as   having    secondary   metastasis  of   penis  ( Primary  cancer  in  urinary

   bladder).

     Both  cases  were  operated  by  T.U.R  technique.  Both  patients returned

   with complication of priapism.

     Both of the patients died with in two months.
