There are more than 150 different signs include of physical, psychic and behavioral signs. In this syndrome, that are depending on the last week of menstrual cycle. Incidence of this syndrome is reported between 2-10% (in severe and malfunction cases) to 40% (in mild cases). In this investigation, a questionnaire is prepared on the base of distinctional standards of LLPDD in DSMIII-R , and it is given to 600 high school’s student’s female in 1371 in Hamadan, who are chosen with random sampling. In this questionnaire there are not the two distinctional standards of E and D, because there isn’t any assessment possibility for them. 189 persons (31.5%) had two standards of A & B, and 78 persons (13%) of this population had three standards of A.B and C, that is so high in comparison with arailable statistic (2-10%). These results are discussed with consideration of investigation’s limits. M3 ER -
