fa بررسی مدت استفاده از شیر مادر در شیرخواران شهرستان کبودرآهنگ استان همدان در سال 1374 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه طول مدت شیردهی با عواملی نظیر سن مادر ، میزان سواد او و تعداد فرزندان خانواده در سال 1374 در شهرستان کبودر آهنگ انجام پذیرفت .</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; از بین مادران ساکن در شهرستان کبودرآهنگ که حداقل دارای یک فرزند با سن 24 ماه بودند، نمونه ای تصادفی به حجم 384 نفر با تفکیک 196 نفر مادر روستائی و188 نفر مادر شهری&nbsp; انتخاب گردید. اطلاعات این پژوهش&nbsp; با استفاده از پرسشنامه و به طریق مصاحبه حضوری جمع آوری شدو با آزمونهای آماری مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;نتایج حاصل&nbsp; نشان داد که 55 درصد از واحدهای مورد پژوهش(مادران ) کودکان خود را بیش از 12 ماه با شیر مادر تغذیه نموده اند .&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; نتیجه نهائی مؤید این نکات بود که سواد ، سن&nbsp; و محل سکونت مادران&nbsp; از عواملی است که در طول مدت شیردهی کودکان تأثیر مثبت دارد.</p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;384&nbsp; mothers&nbsp; out&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; mothers&nbsp; dwelling&nbsp; in Kabudrahang district and</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; Nozheh&nbsp; Airforce&nbsp; Station&nbsp; &nbsp;who &nbsp;had, at last, one&nbsp; infant&nbsp; under&nbsp; 24&nbsp; months</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; of age&nbsp; were selected in the study.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Of these,&nbsp; 196&nbsp; cases were&nbsp; from&nbsp; urban&nbsp; and&nbsp; 188 cases from&nbsp; rural regions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; The results &nbsp;&nbsp;showed&nbsp; that 55% of the mothers had breastfed their infants for</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; more than 12 &nbsp;&nbsp;months.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Statistical&nbsp; evaluations&nbsp; showed&nbsp; that&nbsp; the duration of breast feeding&nbsp; tend&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; to &nbsp;be &nbsp;&nbsp;associated &nbsp;&nbsp;with &nbsp;&nbsp;mother&rsquo;s &nbsp;background &nbsp;characteristics &nbsp;&nbsp;such &nbsp;&nbsp;as</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; education, age and their living in rural or urban regions.</p> </div> تغذیه با شیر مادرـ در نوزادی و کودکی / مادران Breast Feeding - in infancy &, childhood / Mothers 0 0 http://sjh.umsha.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-11-185-153&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 Khosro Mani Kashani خسرو مانی کاشانی 10031947532846003834 10031947532846003834 Yes Mohammad Hosein Azimian محمدحسین عظیمیان 10031947532846003835 10031947532846003835 No
