fa بررسی تاثیر تغذیه با شیر مادر در کاهش ابتلا به اوتیت حاد میانی در شیرخواران زیر دو سال شهر همدان در سال 1375 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">به منظور تعیین تاثیر تغذیه با شیر مادر در کاهش ابتلا به اوتیت حاد میانی ، یک مطالعه گذشته نگر مورد &nbsp;شاهدی طرح ریزی شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">200 شیرخوار سالم در گروه شاهد و 100 شیرخوار مبتلا به اوتیت حاد میانی در گروه مورد که سن زیر 2 سال داشتند ، بر اساس نوع تفذیه و سایر عوامل موثر بر این بیماری از نیمه اردیبهشت ماه تا نیمه آبانماه 1375 در شهر همدان مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفتند..</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر ، شروع زودتر تغذیه با شیر مادر ، فواصل کوتاه شیردهی مادر در شبانه روز ، طولانی بودن مدت تغذیه با شیر مادر ، هم اتاقی مادر و نوزاد بعد از تولد و تغذیه با آغوز ارتباط معنی دار ی با کاهش خطر ابتلا به اوتیت حاد میانی دارند (001/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>). &nbsp;در حالیکه تغذیه با شیشه ، تغذیه در حالت خوابیده ، آلرژی کودک ، مراقبت در مهد کودک ، افزایش سن کودک و سابقه ابتلا به اوتیت مکرر&nbsp; میانی ارتباط معنی داری با افزایش خطر ابتلا به اوتیت حاد میانی دارند (001/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>). عواملی چون جنس شیرخوار ، رتبه تولد شیرخوار ، سطح اقتصادی و اجتماعی خانواده ، سواد خانواده ، سن والدین و مراعات انضباط در انجام واکسیناسیون ارتباط معنی داری با ابتلا به اوتیت حاد میانی نشان نمی دهند (05/0<span dir="LTR">P></span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">نتیجه نهائی اینکه تغذیه با شیرمادر اهمیت ب سزایی در پیشگیری و کاهش خطر ابتلا به اوتیت حاد میانی شیرخواران دارد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In order to determine the efficiency of breast feeding in reduction of acute otitis media, a case control retrospective study was planned. In this study 200 healthy infants in control group and 100 infected infants with acute otitis media in case group under 2 years old, were examined on the basis of type of feeding and other efficient factors on this disease (May-November,1996).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The results of this study indicates that exclusive breast feeding early breast feeding, intervals of lactation during 24 hours. Prolonged breast feeding, being roommate of mother with her &nbsp;neonates, and also feeding the infant with colostrum have statistically significant relation, with reduction on acute otitis media in infants (P <0.001) . Whereas bottle feeding, feeding in laying position, allergy, use of day care centre, growing up of the baby, and recurrent episodes of otitis media have statistically significant relation with increased risk of acute otitis media (P<0.001). Other factors such as infants&rsquo; sex birth order.
