fa شناخت اختلالات و مشکلات هیجانی کودکان ناشنوا با استفاده از تست نقاشی خانه- درخت- آدم و تست آدم در مقایسه با کودکان عادی استان همدان سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p align="justify"><strong>مقدمه و هدف</strong>: کودکان ناشنوا دارای کنش‌وری‌های خاص عاطفی - هیجانی هستند که شناخت ابعاد این ویژگی‌ها ومشکلات می‌تواند متخصصان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی ، والدین و مربیان را در کمک به سازگاری رفتاری آنان به هدف نزدیک سازد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناخت اختلالات ومشکلات هیجانی و عملکردهای عاطفی کودکان ناشنوا در مقایسه با کودکان عادی در مؤلفه‌های اضطراب، افسردگی، پرخاشگری، تکانشگری و سازش نایافتگی انجام پذیرفت. <strong>روش کار</strong>: دراین مطالعه علی ـ مقایسه ای، برای شناخت اختلالات و مشکلات هیجانی کودکان ناشنوا،گروه نمونه‌ای به حجم 120 نفر دختر و پسر (60 کودک ناشنوا و 60 کودک عادی به نسبت مساوی دختر و پسر) که در مدارس ابتدایی استان همدان مشغول به تحصیل بودند با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب گردید و از تست خانه - درخت - آدم و ترسیم آدم برای شناخت اختلالات و مشکلات هیجانی آنان استفاده شد.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>نتایج</strong>: یافته های به دست آمده نشانگر آن است از لحاظ شاخص‌های مربوط به دو تست (فاصله سه جز از همدیگر، اضطراب، پرخاشگری، افسردگی و تکانشگری و سازی نایافتگی) ،نمرات کلی آزمودنی‌ها در مقیاس‌های اصلی از قبیل اضطراب (3.13 ،&nbsp;3.48&nbsp; a=0.05, P<0.05) پرخاشگری (3.97 ،&nbsp;6.12 ؛&nbsp;a=0.05,0.01, P<0.05) افسردگی (3.81،&nbsp;3.75 ؛ a=0.05, P<0.05)و تکانشگری (3.01، 3.47؛ a=0.05,0.01, P<0.05&nbsp;) و سازش نایافتگی (4.95، 4.89؛&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;a=0.05,0.01,&nbsp;P<0.05&nbsp;) تفاوت معناداری از همدیگر دارند.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>نتیجه نهایی</strong>: کودکان ناشنوا از کودکان عادی در شاخص ها ی تفکیکی مربوط به دو تست به طور معنادار متفاوت هستند ؛همچنین نمرات کلی به دست آمده در هر یک از مقیاس‌ها به طور کلی تفاوت معناداری را با گروه کودکان عادی نشان می دهد، در گروه ناشنوایان نیز با لحاظ کردن متغیر جنسیتی (دختر و پسر) تفاوت‌های معناداری در بعضی از مقیاس‌ها از قبیل فاصله سه جز ، اضطراب، پرخاشگری، افسردگی و سازش نایافتگی در بین دختران و پسران ناشنوا مشاهده می‌شود.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>Introduction & Objective</strong>: Deaf children have special emotional reactions, Understanding these characteristics and problems can help medical and paramedical professionals, parents and teachers to reach the purpose of behavioral adaptability.The present study was performed in order to recognize disorders, emotional problems and functions of deaf children compared with normal children in emotional components of anxiety, depression, aggression, impulsivity and lack of compromise.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>Materials & Methods</strong>: In order to recognize emotional disorders and problems of deaf children, sample groups of 120 male and female patients (60 deaf children and 60 children with normal hearing with equal number of male and female) enrolled in primary schools of Hamadan province were selected by multi stage randomly sampling in this casual_comparative study.
