fa گزارش یک مورد انکیلوبلفارون فیلیفورم آدناتوم سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties گزارش موردي Case Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><strong><span style="position: relative; top: -1pt; letter-spacing: 0.1pt;"><span style="color: rgb(39, 76, 195);">سابقه:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;<span style="letter-spacing: 0.1pt;">انکیلوبلفارون فیلیفرم آدناتوم، یک آنومالی نادر است که با اتصال کامل یا ناکامل پلک‌های فوقانی و تحتانی مشخص میشود. انکیلوبلفارون معمولا یک یافته&nbsp; مجزا است ولی گاهی اوقات همراه با سایر آنومالی‌ها یا به صورت یک سندرم مشخص مشاهده میشود وعامل ایجاد کننده آن هنوز مشخص نشده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="position: relative; top: -1pt;"><span style="color: rgb(39, 76, 195);">معرفی بیمار:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;‌بیمار نوزاد پسر جهار روزه که به گفته والدین قادر به باز کردن چشم راست از بدو تولد نبوده است. در معاینه پلک‌های فوقانی و تحتانی بیمار توسط یک باند پوستی نازک به هم متصل شده بود. سابقه فامیلی بیماری خاصی را نداشت. جهت درمان در شرایط استریل اتاق عمل&nbsp; اتصال پلک‌ها پس از گرفتن باند توسط فورسپس، با قیچی آزاد شد. سایر معاینات چشم در معاینه زیر بیهوشی نرمال بود.<br> <strong><span style="position: relative; top: -1pt;"><span style="color: rgb(39, 76, 195);">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;انکیلوبلفارون یک &nbsp;آنومالی مادرزادی است که می‌تواند باعث تنبلی چشم شود همراهی آن با&nbsp; آنومالی‌های مادرزادی دیگر عامل مرگ و میر آنهاست. درمان زودرس آن‌ها &nbsp;با انجام&nbsp; یک جراحی ساده از تنبلی چشم پیشگیری می کند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Ankyloblepharon filiforme adnatum is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by partial or complete adhesion of upper and lower eyelids. This condition is usually observed as an isolated finding; however, it is often associated with other anomalies or a well-defined syndrome. The etiology of this defect has not been identified yet.<br> <strong>Case Presentation:</strong> Herein, we reported the case of a four-day-old male neonate who was unable to open his right eye at birth, which was due to adherent upper and lower eyelids as revealed in the physical examination. Family history of the patient was unremarkable. At sterile condition and under anesthesia, the adhesion of the eyelid was cut using a westcott scissor after holding the band of skin with forceps. Systemic and ocular examination did not reveal any abnormalities.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Ankyloblepharon filiforme adnatum is a congenital anomaly that can lead to amblyopia.
