background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه و هدف :</span></strong><font size="2"> محیط دانشکده دندانپزشکی و فرآیند تحصیل در رشته دندانپزشکی بالقوه محیطی پر استرس می باشد. به همین منظور این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل استرس زای محیط آموزشی دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی همدان در سال 1381 انجام شد.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار :</span></strong><font size="2"> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی ـ مقطعی است که به صورت سرشماری در دانشکده دندانپزشکی همدان و با استفاده از پرسشنامه ای برگرفته از پرسشنامه استرسهای محیط آموزشی دندان پزشکی (</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 8pt">Dental Environment Stress DES</span><font size="2">) ، انجام گرفت. با توجه به محدود بودن دانشجویان (210 نفر) کل جامعه آماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از حذف پرسشنامه های ناقص 154 نفر وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات بدست آمده از پرسشنامه با نرم افزار </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 8pt">SPSS</span><font size="2"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج :</span></strong><font size="2"> یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین کلی استرس برابر 2.6</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 8pt">±<font size="2">0.55</font></span><font size="2"> ، بیشترین میزان استرس در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی مربوط به دروس تئوری با میانگین 3.18</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 8pt">±</span><font size="2">0.83 و روابط استاد و دانشجو با میانگین 3.05</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 8pt">±</span><font size="2">0.83 بود. دانشجویان مونث نسبت به دانشجویان مذکر میانگین استرس کلی بیشتری را نشان دادند (2.73 در مقابل 2.44). دانشجویان سال چهارم بیشترین میزان استرس را با میانگین 3.05 در بین دانشجویان سالهای مختلف داشتند که در این دانشجویان عامل پری کلینیک و کلینیک با میانگین 3.63 بیشترین عامل استرس زا بوده است.</font></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) :</span></strong><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt"> محیط دانشکده دندانپزشکی و فرآیند تحصیل در رشته دندان پزشکی محیطی پر استرس می باشد و بین سطح استرس و کارآیی آکادمیک دانشجویان رابطه معکوسی وجود Objective:</font></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt"> The aim of this study was to evaluate stressor factors of educational environment in Hamadan dental school’s students in year Methods:</font></strong><span style="font-size: 6pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">The</span><font size="2"> </font><span style="font-size: 12pt">study design was descriptive, cross-sectional and it was accomplished using a questionnaire which was taken from DES (dental environment stress) questionnaire. According to restricted number of statistical population all members of population (154 students) were evaluated as samples and this study was a survey one.   </span></span></p> <p style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><font size="2">Results:</font></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt"> The results of this study indicated that most stressfull factors in dental students has been related to class work with mean score 3.18</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">±</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">0.83 and faculty-student relationship with mean score 3.05</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">±</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">0.83. Female students showed more total stress than male students (2.73 vs. 2.44).
