ارتباط بین این خال ها و ملانوم بدخیم ایجاب می نماید که این خال ها مورد توجه قرار گیرد. به همین خاطر لازم است میزان شیوع و انواع این خالها در مناطق مختلف کشور مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. هدف از این مطالعه آگاهی از میزان شیوع و انواع اختلالات ملانوسیتیک در مناطق روستائی شهرستان همدان می باشد.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span در جمعیتی بالغ بر 9450 نفر و در 33 روستای شهرستان همدان در سال 1380 به انجام رسیده است. تشخیص ضایعات مربوطه بر اساس معاینات بالینی و در موارد مشکوک نمونه برداری از ضایعات و مطالعات هیستولوژیک بوده So we need to know the prevalence and kinds of these nevi in our country. The survey included 9450 rural inhabitant of all ages and both sexes from representative of 33 villages of Hamadan.
