The patient underwent surgical operation with a likely diagnosis of concha bullosa mucocele.</span></p> <p style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: "Times New Roman" font-size: 16px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 22.6667px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt">Conclusion:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt"> Pathologic study on the specimen taken during the surgery supported the mucocele. Post-operatively, no complication was detected.
