fa بررسی اثرات گزیلوکائین 2% در ایجاد بیدردی پس از عمل برداشتن لوزه در کودکان 12-4 ساله سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">یکی از آزار دهنده ترین عوارض جراحی برداشتن لوزه ، درد بعد از عمل است . لذا در این تحقیق اثر تزریق داروی بیحسی موضعی گزیلوکائین 2% در پایان عمل جراحی در کاهش درد بیماران بررسی شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; در این مطالعه که بصورت کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 74 در بیمارستان بوعلی تهران انجام شده ، 60 نفر از کودکان 12-4 ساله که کاندید جراحی لوزه بودند انتخاب و بطور اتفاقی به دو گروه 30 نفری تقسیم شدند. به 30 نفر در پایان جراحی در چینهای لوزه و زیر بیهوشی عمومی گزیلوکائین 2% و به 30 نفر بقیه که گروه شاهد هستند نرمال سالین تزریق شد.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده 80% افراد مورد مطالعه کاهش درد چشمگیر و معنی داری را نشان دادند و بنابراین نشان داده شد که این روش در کاهش درد این بیماران پس از عمل جراحی کاملا&quot; موثر بوده و بیماران با آرامش و بدون تقلا بیدار میشوند.</p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pain is one of the most irritant complication of the post tonsillectomy . In<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; this study the effect of injection of&nbsp; 2% lidocaine at the end of operation&nbsp; for<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; reduction of pain is evaluated .</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This is a clinical trial study . 60 children who were candidate for<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; tonsillectomy were selected and randomly divided in to two groups .<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; At the end of tonsillectomy 2% lidocaine&nbsp; was injected in to the tonsillar pillar<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; in 30 patients (study group) . Normal saline solution was injected in to the<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; other 30 patients (control group) .</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; According to the results pain has been decreased significantly in 80% of<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; the study group.
