fa مقایسه فعالیت مهاری تریپسین در سرم بیماران هیپرتیروئیدی و گروه شاهد (Euthyroid) The Comparison of Serum Trypsin Inhibitory Capacity( TIC )in Serum Hyperthyroid Patients with Control Group(Euthyroid) سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original آلفا – 1-آنتی تریپسین(α1-AT) یک α1 - پروتئازمهاری و جزء پروتئینهای مرکب از نوع گلیکوپروتئین و از لحاظ عمل جزو خانواده مهارکننده های پروتئازهای سرینی (Serpin ) می باشد.تاکنون گزارشات فراوانی در خصوص کاهش مقادیر پلاسمائی α1-AT بهمراه بیماریهائی مانند آمفیزم، ناراحتیهای پوستی ، سیروزکبدی بالغین ….  و هیپوتیروئیدی منتشر شده است . در بیماران هیپوتیروئیدی بهمراه کاهش T3 کاهش معنی داری در مقدار α1-AT و در نتیجه (Trypsin Inhibitory Capacity  )TIC ایجاد می شود بنابراین در هیپرتیروئیدی می توان انتظار داشت که بموازات افزایش T3 افزایشی هم در مقدار α1-AT وTIC مشاهده شود.           دراین مطالعه تغییرات TIC در بیماران هیپرتیروئیدی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل مورد بررسی و تحقیق قرار گرفت  مجموعاً روی 72 نمونه اندازه گیری صورت گرفت و با استفاده ازآزمون t و تعیین ضریب همبستگی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.           براساس نتایج حاصله معلوم شدکه ظرفیت مهاری تریپسین(T IC )دربیماران هیپرتیروئیدی(42= n ) درمقایسه با گروه کنترل(30=n  ) افزایش می یابد.(mg/ml 29/0± 87/1= TIC ،30=n ) (mg/ml 414/0±54/2= TIC ، 42= n ). همبستگی مثبتی بین مقدار T3 وTIC در بیماران هیپرتیروئیدی مشاهده شد(0001/0<    P، 71/0=r )                بنابراین از لحاظ مقایسه ای و بررسیهای آماری معلوم گردید فعالیت مهاری تریپسین TIC در بیماران هیپرتیروئیدی افزایش می یابد و احتمالاً  T3یکی از فاکتورهائی است که روی مقدار α1-AT و در نتیجهTIC اثر تنظیمی دارد. <div>     Alpha-1-AntiTrypsin (α1–AT) is an inhibitory α1–Protease, and belongs to    complex protein of glycoprotein  type. From the activity point of view, it     belongs to Seiren protease inhibitors ( serpin ).There are many reports in    litreture concerning a decrease in the amount of α1-AT in patients with    emphysema, skin  disorders, adult liver disease, hypothyroidism,and so on .    In hypothyroidic patients along with a decrease in the amount of T3 , there    is a significant decrease in the amount of α1– AT and  consequently in the    amount of TIC.Therefore , it can be expected that , in hyperthyroidic an    increase in the amount of T3 results in an increase in the amounts of α1– AT    and TIC.           In this study , changes in TIC in hyperthyroidic  patients  in comparison    with a control group was  investigated. Measurements were performed on    72  samples , and by  using T- test and determination of correlation    coeffiecint,the above mentioned changes were analyzed .           The results showed that TIC in hyperthyroidic patients ( n= 42 ) had    increased in comparison  with the control group ( n = 30 ),    ( n = 42 , TIC = 2.54 ± 0.414 mg/ml    Vs    n= 30 ,TIC= 1.87 ± 0.29 mg/ml).
