Introduction: Anthrax is an acute infection caused by the Bacillus anthracis, a gram-positive organism, aerobic, sporulating rod.. Basilus anthracis causes pulmonary, gastrointestinal and cutaneous disease.

Case Report: We report a 21 -year-old pregnant female with cutaneous anthrax infection in-volved the small finger dorsal surface of hand. She had not a history of contact with animals. She was treated with penicillin.

Conclusion: This infection is very contagious and early diagnosis is very important and prog-nostic.
