Pseudolymphoma or reactive lymphoid hyperplasia is part of a spectrum of lymphoid tumors that is more common between 50 and 70 years of age. It is slightly more common in women.

          The patient was a 59 years old male with diplopia and left eye displacement proptosis. The disease began 1.5 years ago with slow progress and no visual loss. In CT scan there was an enhancing mass at medial side of left orbit with distinct margins. The patient underwent transasal endoscopicsurgery without external incision. The whole tumor was removed .Pathology report was pseudolymphoma.
