fa بررسی فراوانی موارد مثبت HBS.Ag در بین اهداء کنندگان خون استان همدان از بهمن ماه 73 تا دیماه 74 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; در جریان این پژوهش پس از مراجعه به سازمان انتقال خون مرکزی استان همدان کلیه پرونده های اهداء کنندگان خون شامل 11455 پرونده از بهمن ماه سال 73 لغایت دیماه 74 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت (<span dir="LTR">Retrospective study</span>). موارد <span dir="LTR">HBS.Ag</span> مثبت همراه با کلیه اطلاعات مورد نیاز شامل جنس ، سن ، محل سکونت و وضعیت تأهل از پرونده ها استخراج گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 99/1% از کل اهداء کنندگان خون <span dir="LTR">HBS.Ag</span> مثبت بودند. بیشترین درصد آلودگی مربوط به شهرستان تویسرکان معادل 69/8% و کمترین درصد آلودگی مربوط به شهرستان قروه معادل 3/1% و همدان معادل 36/1% بود. از نقطه نظر سنی کمترین درصد آلودگی در سنین 14 تا 24 سالگی برابر 96/0% و بیشترین درصد آلودگی در سنین 58 تا 68 سالگی برابر 18/3% بود. مردان <span dir="LTR">HBS.Ag</span> مثبت 99/1% و زنان 03/2% از اهداء کنندگان خون را تشکیل می دادند. درصد آلودگی در بین متأهلین 15/2% و در بین مجردین 29/1% بود.</p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">In this study, all of the voluntary blood donor records-11455 cases-were studied in Hamadan province blood transfusion organization from Feb, 1995 to Jan. 1996. The cases were investigated carefully ad included, HBS.Ag, sex, age, residence and marital status. The total percentage of HBS.Ag positive was 1.99% among blood donors. These figures showed that percentage of HBS.Ag positive cases had decreased in comparison with previous studies (0.97%). Geographically, the highest percentage of infection was specifically found in Toyserkan town (8.69%). The lowest was found in Hamadan (1.36%) and Ghorveh (1.3%). The age group between 15-24 had the lowest rate of infection (0.96%). The age group affected by the infection was between 58-68 (3.18%). This findings showed that percentage of males with HBS.Ag positive cases was 1.99% and females was 2.03%.
