	<abstract_fa>&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;&lt;span dir=&quot;RTL&quot;&gt;دانش آموزان از توانائی قابل توجهی در افزایش آگاهی بهداشتی و ارتقاء سلامتی جامعه برخوردارند. برنامه های آموزش بهداشت مدارس علاوه بر تشویق و هدایت دانش آموزان به اتخاذ رفتارهای بهداشتی باید قادر به ایجاد مسئولیت پذیری در آنها برای مشارکت در حفظ و ارتقاء سلامتی جامعه نیز باشد. کاربرد روش (یادگیری به کودک) (&lt;/span&gt;Child To Child&lt;span dir=&quot;RTL&quot;&gt;) و آموزش کودک به خانواده (&lt;/span&gt;Child To Family&lt;span dir=&quot;RTL&quot;&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span dir=&quot;RTL&quot;&gt;&amp;nbsp;به ما کمک می کند تا نیروی نهان کودکان را با عقاید بهداشتی و رفتارهای بهداشتی به سوی کودکان دیگر ، خانواده ها و جامعه منتشر سازیم. در این بررسی نیز با کاربرد روش آموزشی کمک به خانواده (&lt;/span&gt;Child to family health education program&lt;span dir=&quot;RTL&quot;&gt;) میزان آگاهی ، نوع نگرش و نحوه عملکرد خانواده های دانش آموزان مقطع راهنمایی منطقه 9 تهران در رابطه با مصرف صحیح نمک یددار مطالعه شد. نتایج بدست آمده از این روش آموزشی نشان داد که دانش آموزان در افزایش میزان آگاهی و بهبود نحوه عملکرد والدینشان نقش موثری داشتند.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;This study is a gas quasi experimental field trial, which was carried on families of junior high school students in&amp;nbsp; district 9 in Tehran during 1994-95.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;The objective of this study was to demonstrate the effect of education of students on knowledge, practice attitude of their families regarding iodized salt. In this study the school were chosen by random sampling, and in every school a class was chosen by clustered sampling. At first the knowledge, attitude and practice of families about consumption of iodized salt was determined by using a questionnaire. The type of salt used by the families was tested by a qualitative rapid method then the families were educated by child to family procedure. In this step the students gained information by lectures as well as question and answer session and pamphlet were also given to them. Then they were instructed to teach their families what they had learned. After two month following the last session of education the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of families and the type of salt used were determined.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;The results showed significant improvement in knowledge of families (P=0.000), their practice (P=0.000) and their attitude (P=0.000) about consumption of iodized salt after educational programs for students and their families. Usage of iodized salt in families was increased from 647.5% to 92% (P=0.001). this study showed that the attitude of families improved regarding school health education program (P=0.000).&lt;/p&gt;
