fa بررسی نگرش اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان نسبت به تحقیق سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">در این مطالعه که بصورت توصیفی در کل جامعه اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی همدان انجام پذیرفت هدف اساسی کسب اطلاعات دقیق از چگونگی نگرش آنها نسبت به تحقیق و تعیین درصد آن بود. همچنین متغیرهائی که با این نگرش می تواند ارتباط معنی دار داشته باشد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش را اعضاء هیأت علمی متشکل از علوم پایه و بالینی شاغل در دانشکده ها و واحدهای بیمارستانی دانشگاه تشکیل می دادند که برحسب تعریف در زمان پژوهش مدرک فوق لیسانس و بالاتر داشته اند. در پژوهش از ابزار پرسشنامه بهره گرفته شد که از کل جامعه آماری 90 درصد به سئوالات آن پاسخ گفتند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که 6/86 درصد از اعضاء هیأت علمی نگرششان نسبت به تحقیق مثبت می باشد که تغییرات آن نسبت به سن قابل توجه است ( بین سن و نگرش ارتباط معنی دار قوی وجود دارد 000/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>)</p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">This study aims mainly at describing the attitude of the members of the scientific board of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences & Health Services toward <strong><em>Research</em></strong> and estimating the percentage of the cons & pros of it.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Other variable which have significant relation with the attitude, were also studied.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The statistical population of the research were the members of the scientific board of the basic and clinical sciences, working in faculties & Hospitals, who by &ldquo;Designation&rdquo; have possessed M.A or higher degree.
