fa بررسی ضایعات بیوپسی شده در صورت در بخش پوست بیمارستان سینا همدان طی سالهای 73-1371 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">هدف : بررسی آماری شیوع انواع ضایعات بیوپسی شده صورت در بیماران سرپایی و بستری شده طی سه سال 1373-1371</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">محیط و جامعه: 551 بیمار با ضایعه پوستی صورت در بخش پوست بیمارستان سینا همدان</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">روش: استخراج اطلاعات مورد نیاز از دفاتر و پرونده های موجود</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">یافته ها: طی سه سال 1439 مورد بیوپسی (اکثرا&quot; از بیماران سرپایی) انجام شده بود. 551 بیمار ارزیابی شدند که 292 مورد فقط در صورت ضایعه داشتند و 259 مورد دارای ضایعات ژنرالیزه با درگیری صورت بودند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">در ضایعات ژنرالیزه بیشترین موارد بیوپسی در دهه دوم زندگی و در مردان بود. شایعاتی که فقط صورت را درگیر کرده بودند ، در دهه هفتم عمر مشاهده شد. شغل اکثر مردان کشاورزی ، شایعترین محل بیوپسی لب (7/26%) و شایعترین مدت درگیری 5-1 سال بود. از نظر پاتولوژی 81 نوع ضایعه دیده شد که شایعترین آنها <span dir="LTR">BCC</span> (62 مورد)، اگزما (53 مورد) و <span dir="LTR">DLE</span> (44 مورد) بود. <span dir="LTR">BCC</span> و اگزما بیشتر در دهه هفتم و <span dir="LTR">DLE</span> در دهه سوم دیده شد. محل شایع بیوپسی در <span dir="LTR">BCC</span> بینی ، <span dir="LTR">SCC</span> لب ، <span dir="LTR">LP</span> تمام بدن و <span dir="LTR">DLE</span> صورت بود. از نظر شکل کلینیکی در <span dir="LTR">BCC</span> و <span dir="LTR">SCC</span> بیشتر بصورت اولسر ، <span dir="LTR">LP</span> ضایعات پاپولر پلی گونال ، <span dir="LTR">DLE</span> پلاک اریتماتو با حاشیه مشخص و مرکز اتروفی شده ، پمفیگوس اولسر دهانی ، پمفیگوئید اولسر و بول روی بدن ، پسوریازیس پلاک اریتماتو پوسته دار و اگزما نقاط <span dir="LTR">Excoriated</span> ناشی از خارش می باشد. 1/91% تطابق بین تشخیص کلینیکی و نتیجه پاتولوژی موجود بود.</p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Objective :</em></strong> A study on the statistical prevalence of different facial lesions, undergone biopsy in out patients and in patients during 3 years (1992-1994)</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Population:</em></strong> 551 patients bearing skin lesions of face dermatology ward of Sina hospital in Hamadan.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Method:</em></strong> Recording the required information from present files.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> 1439 biopsies were performed on the majority of the out patients. 551 cases were studied that 292 ones had only facial lesions and others generalized lesions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Males consisted the majority and the second decade had the highest prevalence while in the only facial lesions it was the 7^th decade.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Most of these males were farmers and most common place of biopsy was Lip (26.7%) and time of involvement was one to five years.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">There was presence of eighty one (81) type lesions that the most commonest are BCC (62 cases), Eczema (53) and DLE (44)&hellip;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">BCC and Eczema were common in the 7 th decade, DLE in the 3^rd decade. BCC and SCC were observed mostly in farmers, the place of biopsy being nose in BCC, lips in SCC, all of the body in LP, and only face in DKLE.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The common clinical feature in SCC an BCC were ulcers, polycolonal papules in LP, erythematous Plaques with a well defined borders and a central atrophyin DLE, bucal ulcers in pemphigus bullae and ulcers on body in pemphigoid, excoriated plagues resulted from itching in Eczema and scaling erythematous plague in psoriasis.
