fa گزارش موردی از برونکوژنیک کارسینومای ریه سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties گزارش موردي Case Report <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">سرطان ریه نوعی سرطان اولیه است که از درون راههایی منشاء می گیرد و شایعترین علت مرگ در کشورهای پیشرفته محسوب می گردد. معمولا&quot; این نوع سرطان اولین بار خود را با یک سایه غیر طبیعی </span>CXR<span dir="RTL"> نشان می دهد و در زمانی که خود را با علائم بالینی نشان می دهد سرطان بسیار پیشرفته&nbsp; بوده و قابل رزکسیون نیست. از نظر بالینی شایعترین علائم سرفه و هموپتیزی است و سایر علائم نادر می باشد و در کتب مرجع اشاره ای به دیسفاژی به هنگام مراجعه بیمار نشده است . در این مطالعه ضمن معرفی بیماری با تشخیص قطعی برونکوژنیک کارسینومای ریه که بعلت دیسپلازی مراجعه کرده بود راجع به علائم بالینی مختلف سرطان ریه بحث می شود.</span></p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">Pulmonary cancer is primary cancer which originates from different tissues. It s the&nbsp; most common cause of death in developed countries. It usually Present first as an abnormal shadow in the CXR and when the Patient becomes symptomatic, the disease is advanced and inoperable.
