fa تعیین فون پشه های کولیسیده (Diptera: Culicidae) در شهرستان پلدختر استان لرستان،1394 Determination of Mosquitoes Fauna (Culicidae: Diptera) in Poldokhtar County of Lorestan Province, 2015 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original مقدمه: حشرات بزرگترین رده را در شاخه بندپایان تشکیل می‌دهند و شامل راسته‌ها و خانواده‌های متعددی هستند که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها از لحاظ پزشکی راسته دوبالان و خانواده کولیسیده می‌باشد. تعدادی از گونه‌های این خانواده، به علت خونخواری از انسان به عنوان مسوول انتقال عوامل بیماری زای بسیاری از بیماریها از قبیل مالاریا، فیلاریازیس، آنسفالیت، تب زرد و تب دنگی در دنیا شناخته شده‌اند. از انجاییکه درخصوص تعیین فون پشه‌های موجود در شهرستان پلدختر تحقیقی انجام نشده و اطلاعات دقیقی در دست نیست از این رو این مطالعه با هدف تعیین فون پشه‌های کولیسیده (Diptera: Culicidae) در شهرستان مذکور واقع دراستان لرستان انجام گرفت. روش کار: دراین مطالعه فونستیک و مقطعی - توصیفی چهار منطقه شهری و نیز چهار منطقه روستایی در هریک از جهات جغرافیایی چهار گانه شهرستان پلدختر انتخاب گردید. درهر یک از مناطق شهری دو مکان و در هر منطقه روستایی چهار مکان که شامل دو مکان انسانی و دو مکان حیوانی بود تعیین و از اوایل فروردین 1394 تا اوایل دی ماه 1394 بصورت ماهانه اقدام به جمع‌آوری لارو، شفیره و پشه‌های بالغ خانواده کولیسیده گردید. روش‌های نمونه‌گیری برای لارو، شفیره و بالغ بصورت ملاقه‌زنی، گزش شبانه جمع آوری کلی و استفاده ازآسپیراتور بود. مشخصاتی شامل نام جمع آوری کننده، تاریخ جمع آوری، کد مربوط به زیستگاه، وضعیت زیستگاه (دایمی یا موقت)، نوع پوشش گیاهی، نوع بستر، وضعیت نور خورشید در فرم مربوط ثبت شد. به کمک منابع و کلیدهای تشخیص شناسایی معتبر اقدام به شناسایی نمونه‌ها شد و داده‌های بدست آمده به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 19 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: در این بررسی درمجموع 5392 نمونه از پشه‌های کولیسیده مشتمل بر 1818 پشه بالغ و 3574 لارو در نقاط تعیین شده از سطح مناطق شهری و روستایی مورد مطالعه شهرستان پل دختر جمع آوری شد. بدین ترتیب سه جنس شامل آنوفل (9/21 درصد)، کولکس (6/64 درصد) و کولیسیتا (5/13 درصد) و دوازده گونه شامل: Cx.theileri،,Cx.mimeticus, Cx.perexiguus,Cx.hortensis,Cx.pipiens, Cx.sitiens, Cx.tritaeniorhynchus Culiseta langiareolata, An. Superpictus An.stephensi,An.turkhudi و An.dthali. تشخیص داده شدند. کولکس پی پینس گونه غالب (9/19 درصد) و کولکس تیلری (5/19 درصد) پس از آن بیشترین وفور را به خود اختصاص دادند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه بیانگر حضور گونه‌های مختلف پشه‌ها در سراسر شهرستان پلدختر می باشدو می‌تواند زمینه ساز انجام مطالعات جامع‌تر و ویژه در خصوص نقش احتمالی گونه‌های مختلف پشه‌ها در معضلات بهداشتی و پزشکی انسان و دامپزشکی در آینده باشد. Introduction: Insects as the largest category of arthropods include numerous groups and families that the most important of them belong to order Diptera, family Culicidae. Because of feeding on the human's blood, a number of species of this family have been known as responsible for the transmission of pathogens for many diseases such as malaria, filariasis, encephalitis, yellow fever and dengue fever in the world. Given that no research has been conducted to determine the fauna of existing mosquitoes in the city of Poldokhtar, Lorestan Province, the present study aimed to exactly determine the mosquitoes' fauna in this city to perform appropriate prevention measures. Methods: In this faunistic and cross-sectional descriptive study, four urban areas and four rural areas in four geographic directions in the city of Poldokhtar were determined. In each urban area, two places and in each designated rural area, four places including two human places and two animal places were selected. From the early of April 2015 to the early of January 2016, larvae, pupae and adult mosquitoes of the Culicidae family were collected. Sampling methods for larvae, pupae and mature were ladling, night catch, total and hand catch with an aspirator. Characteristics including the name of the collector, date of collection, code related to habitat, habitat status (permanent or temporary), type of vegetation cover, type of substrate, and the situation of sunlight were recorded in the related form. The samples were identified by resources and valid identification keys. The data were analyzed using the SPSS software version 19. Results: Totally, 5392 mosquito adults of the Culicidae family including 1818 mosquito adults and 3574 larvae in designated areas in the city as well as four rural areas were collected. The three genera Anopheles (21.9%), Culex (64.6%), and Culiseta (13.5%) were diagnosed. Also, from three genera, 12 species were identified as follows: Culex theiler, Cx. mimeticus, Cx. perexiguus, Cx. hortensis, Cx. pipiens, Cx. sitiens, Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, Culiseta langiareolata, Anopheles superpictus An. stephensi, An. turkhudi and An. dthali.Culex pipiens (19.9.5%) and Culex theileri (19.5%) were the most abundant species, respectively. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate the presence of various species of mosquitoes throughout the city of Poldokhtar.
