fa نتایج ریفرکتیو و آناتومیک فتوکواگولاسیون با لیزر دیود در مبتلایان به رتینوپاتی ناشی از نارسی سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p align="justify"> <strong>مقدمه و هدف</strong>: رتینوپاتی ناشی از نارسی از علل مهم نابینائی در نوزادان نارس می باشد که 4 درصد کوری کودکان را در کشورهای توسعه یافته و 40 درصد را در کشورهای درحال توسعه به خود اختصاص می دهد. هدف از این مطالعه گزارش نتایج ریفرکتیو و آناتومیک در مبتلایان به رتینوپاتی ناشی از نارسی که در دوره نوزادی تحت درمان با لیزر دیود قرار گرفته بودند، می باشد. </p><p align="justify"><strong>روش کار</strong>: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 40 چشم از 20 بیماری که در فاصله سالهای 87-1383 با تشخیص رتینوپاتی ناشی از نارسی تحت درمان بافتوکواگولاسیون ترانس اسکلرال با لیزر دیود قرار گرفته بودند، از نظر مرحله رتینوپاتی قبل وبعد از درمان، وزن و سن موقع تولد، عوارض حین و بعد از عمل وریفوکشن فعلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. </p><p align="justify"><strong>نتایج</strong>: میانگین وزن موقع تولد بیماران 271± 923 گرم و میانگبن سن حاملگی موقع تولد بیماران 2.6 ±27.33 هفته بود. تمام بیماران در موقع لیزر درمانی دچار مرحله آستانه ای رتینوپاتی ناشی از نارسی بودند و در 15% موارد خونریزی مختصری بعد از لیزر درمانی ایجاد شده بود که خودبخود جذب گردیده بود. سن بیماران در موقع مطالعه 1.30± 4.13 سال بود و تمامی بیماران در موقع معاینه از نظر ساختمانی دارای شبکیه سالمی بودند. استرابیسم بیشتر از 20 پریسم در 10% بیماران وجود داشت و متوسط معادل کروی چشم های مورد مطالعه در موقع بررسی 3.38±2.31- دیوپتر بود. </p><p align="justify"><strong>نتیجه نهایی</strong>: فتوکواگولاسیون با لیزر دیود در تمامی بیماران منجر به پسرفت رتینوپاتی ناشی از نارسی شد، بعلاوه بررسی نتابج رفرکتیو، نزدیک بینی وآستیکماتیسم را در اکثر بیماران نشان داد. </p> <p align="justify"> <strong>Introduction & Objective</strong>: Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) is a major cause of blindness in premature newborns. It accounts for 4% of childhood blindness in developed countries and up to 40% in developing countries. The aim of this study is to report the refractive and anatomical outcome of patients who had undergone laser photocoagulate on for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials & Methods</strong>: In this cross sectional study, a total of forty eyes of twenty patients who had undergone transscleral diode laser photocoagulation for ROP between 2004-2008 were studied for the following measures: grade of ROP pre- and postoperatively, birth weight, gestational age, perioperative and postoperative complications, and current refraction. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Results</strong>: Mean birth weight of patients was 923±271 gr and mean gestational age was 27.3±2.6 wk. All eyes had threshold ROP and responded to laser treatment with regression of ROP. Perioperative complications included hemorrhages in 15% that resorbed spontaneously. The mean age of patients at the time of examination for this study was 4.13±1.30 yr and their anatomical status of retina was normal. Strabismus (more than 20 prism diopter) was found in 10% of patients. The spherical equivalent of refraction at the time of examination was -2.31±3.38 diopter. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Photocoagulation for ROP in our patients resulted in regression of threshold ROP.
