fa بررسی درک و بیان اسامی و پایایی دو آزمون تصویری درک و بیان اسامی در کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر شهرهمدان گفتاردرماني Speech Therapy پژوهشي Original <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی دچار تأخیر کلی هستند که روی رشد حرکتی، شناختی، ارتباطی، گفتار و زبان آنها تأثیر می‌گذارد. کاهش در تعداد واژگان و سازمان‌دهی ضعیف واژگان ذهنی از جمله پیامد‌های بارز کم‌توان‌ذهنی است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی توانایی درک و بیان اسامی و پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون دو آزمون‌ تصویری درک و بیان اسامی، روی کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر فارسی زبان شهر همدان بود.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش&shy;‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی، 40 کودک کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر با میانگین سنی&nbsp; 25/1&plusmn; 9/7 سال (22 پسر و 18 دختر) به عنوان نمونه ها‌ی مورد بررسی از آموزشگاه استثنایی شهر همدان انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی توانایی درک و بیان اسامی از دو آزمون تصویری درک و بیان اسامی استفاده گردید و به‌منظور بررسی پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون نیز، 10 کودک طی دو نوبت، با فاصله زمانی یک روز، مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بین امتیازات درک و بیان اسامی، رابطه مستقیم و مثبتی وجود داشت(662/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span> و 001/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>). مقایسه میانگین امتیازات درک و بیان اسامی در دو جنس حاکی از آن بود که این تفاوت‌ها معنی‌دار نیستند. بررسی پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون هم حاکی از این بود که این دو آزمون‌ پایایی مطلوبی دارند.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌&shy;گیری:</strong> شاخص‌های آماری حاصل در کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی مورد مطالعه، همراه با شاخص‌های مشابه به‌دست‌آمده از شهرهای دیگر، بخشی از داده‌های هنجار برای این دو آزمون‌ را فراهم ساخته است. یافته‌های به‌دست آمده و نیز تأیید پایایی آزمون‌ها، نشان‌دهنده کارایی این دو آزمون در موقعیت‌های پژوهشی و بالینی است. </span></span><span dir="LTR"></span> <strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Mentally retarded children delayed in global that affects motor, cognitive, communication, speech and language development. Poor organization in mental lexicon and reduction in vocabulary are the obvious consequences of mental retardation. The main objective of this study was to evaluate perception and expression of nouns, and test-retest reliability of two picture-pointing and picture-naming tests, in Farsi-speaking in educable mentally retarded children in Hamadan city.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> It was a descriptive-analytic and cross-sectional study. 40 mentally retarded children (18 females, 22 males) were selected from exceptional children&rsquo;s school of Hamadan. Two picture-pointing and picture-naming tests were used in this study. For the sake of test-retest reliability, 10 evaluated two times with one day time interval.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>There was a significant positive correlation between mean scores of perception and expression (P=0.001, r=0.662). Mean scores of girls and boys was not statistically different. Findings about test-retest reliability show that, these two tests have optimal reliability.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Descriptive statistics of the mentally retarded children can be part of normative data alongside other findings of other cities of Iran.
