fa بررسی استرس شغلی در کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان در سال 1397 روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Original <span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;تحصیل در حوزه‌ی پزشکی موقعیت پراسترسی است و هدف ما ارزیابی این موضوع است.</span></span><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی 93 نفر از کارورزان پزشکی (اینترن) به‌صورت سرشماری بررسی شدند. نمرات کسب‌شده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد استرس شغلی بیمارستانی به‌صورت 35 تا 69 استرس کم، 70 تا 104 استرس متوسط و 105 تا 175 استرس شدید دسته<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>بندی شد. داده<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و با نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه‌ی 16 تحلیل شدند.</span><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span></span> </span></pre> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;از 93 کارورز، 36 نفر (7/38 درصد) مرد و 57 نفر (3/61 درصد) زن بودند. میانگین نمره‌ی استرس شغلی برابر با 10 &plusmn; 9/109 با دامنه‌ی 86 تا 129 بود. 30 نفر (3/32 درصد) استرس متوسط و 63 نفر (7/67 درصد) استرس شدید داشتند. نمره‌ی استرس شدید زنان بیشتر از مردان بود (7/66 در برابر 69/64 درصد) (78/0<span dir="LTR">P=</span>). بین ساعت کاری در هفته، نوبت کاری، عوامل شیمیایی، عوامل بیولوژی و نمره‌ی استرس گرانباری رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنادار و بین ساعت کاری در هفته و روابط با مافوق و همکار و احساس بی‌کفایتی ارتباط منفی و معنادار وجود داشت. </span></pre> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> </pre> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span></span></span></pre> <span style="font-size:12px;"> <strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;کارورزان پزشکی استرس شغلی زیادی دارند و دانشجویان زن و افرادی که ساعت کاری بیشتری دارند، استرس شغلی بیشتری را تجربه می‌کنند.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span> <strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Studying in the medical field is a stressful condition, and the present study aimed to evaluate this issue.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was carried out on a total of 93 medical interns according to census data. The scores of Hospital Stress Scale were classified as low (35-69), intermediate (70-104), and severe (105-175) stress. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics indices using SPSS software (version 16). <pre> <strong>Results:</strong> Out of 93 interns, 36 (38.7%) and 57 (61.3%) participants were male and female, respectively. The mean value of job stress was 109.9&plusmn;10 within the range of 86-129. According to the obtained results, 30 (32.3%) and 63 (67.7%) subjects had moderate and severe stress, respectively. The score of severe stress was higher in women than that reported for men (66.7% and 64.69%; P=0.780). The relationships between weekly working hours, working shifts, chemical factors, and biological factors with the stress score were positive and significant.
