fa گزارش یک مورد سیرنگوسیستادنوما پاپیلیفروم برخاسته از خال سباسه پاتولوژي Pathology گزارش موردي Case Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">سابقه:</span></span></strong>خال سباسه نوعی هامارتوم پوستی است که با تومورهای ثانویه مثل سیرنگوسیستادنوما پاپیلیفروم همراه است. سیرنگوسیستادنوما پاپیلیفروم نوعی تومور نادر خوش‌خیم با تمایز بحث‌برانگیز بین اکراین و آپوکراین است. بیشتر سیرنگوسیستادنوما پاپیلیفروم‌های درگیرکننده اسکالپ در زمینه خال سباسه دیده می‌شوند.<strong><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">معرفی بیمار:</span></span></strong>بیمار یک دختر نوجوان پانزده ساله با ضایعه پوستی مادرزادی روی پیشانی بود که پس از تغییر اندازه و شکل ضایعه به درمانگاه مراجعه کرده بود. بعد از جراحی ضایعه و بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیک، تشخیص سیرنگوسیستادنوما پاپیلیفروم برخاسته از خال سباسه داده شد.<span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">سیرنگوسیستادنوما پاپیلیفروم نوعی تومور نادر پوستی است. تأیید هیستولوژیک برای تشخیص قطعی ضایعه الزامی بود و درمان، جراحی و برداشتن کامل ضایعه است</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background:</strong>Nevus sebaceous is a cutaneous hamartoma accompanied by secondary tumors, such as syringocystadenomapapilliferum.Syringocy<span dir="RTL">-</span>stadenomapapilliferum is a rare benign tumor with a controversial differentiation between eccrine and apocrine.Most syringocystadenomapapilliferum involving the scalp arises from anevus sebaceous.<br> <strong>Case Presentation:</strong>Herein, we report a 15-year-old adolescent female with a congenital skin lesion on the forehead undergoing surgical excision after changing in size and shape of the lesion.After surgical excision and histopathological examination, a diagnosis of syringocystadenomapapilliferum arising from a sebaceous mole was made.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong>Syringocystadenomapapilliferum is a rare skin tumor. Histological confirmation was required for a definitive diagnosis.
