fa بررسی سطح سرمی ویتامین D، فریتین و هموگلوبین افراد با اقدام به خودکشی بستری و سرپایی مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان‌ها و کلینیک روان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Original <p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">خودکشی به دلایل متعددی از وراثت و عوامل بیولوژیک گرفته تا عوامل محیطی رخ می‌دهد.</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح سرمی ویتامین </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">D</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، فریتین و هموگلوبین در افراد با اقدام به خودکشی و مقایسه آن با گروه شاهد انجام شد.</span></span><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;در مطالعه علی- مقایسه‌ای حاضر سطح سرمی ویتامین <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">D</span></span>، فریتین و هموگلوبین 60 فرد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی بستری در بیمارستان‌ علی ابن ابیطالب‌(ع) رفسنجان در شش ماه اول سال 1399 با 60 نفر از بستگان بیماران منتخب بدون سابقه اقدام به خودکشی مقایسه گردید. گروه شاهد، پرسشنامه افکار خودکشی <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Beck</span></span> را تکمیل نمودند. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری مربع کای، آنوا، <span dir="LTR">t</span> مستقل، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Mann&ndash;Whitney</span></span> و <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Kruskal-Wallis</span></span> استفاده شد.</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"></p><p></p><p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;سطح سرمی ویتامین <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">D</span></span> افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی، پایین‌تر از افراد گروه شاهد بود (025/0=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span>). در بین افراد 35-15 سال، سطح سرمی ویتامین <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">D</span></span> افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی، پایین‌تر از افراد گروه شاهد بود (039/0=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span>). همچنین سطح سرمی فریتین گروه اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی، پایین‌تر از گروه شاهد محاسبه گردید (003/0=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span>). سطح سرمی فریتین افراد 35-15 سال اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی (003/0=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span>)، مردان اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی (003/0=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span>) و زنان اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی (045/0=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span>) به‌ طور معنا‌داری کمتر از گروه شاهد بود.</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="color:#274cc3;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن بودند که کمبود ویتامین </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">D</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و کم‌خونی می‌تواند یکی از عوامل همبسته با خودکشی باشد؛ از این رو لازم است نسبت به شناسایی این اختلالات در افراد با مشکلات روان‌شناختی از جمله افسردگی اقدام شود تا در صورت وجود، درمان به ‌موقع صورت گیرد.</span></span></p> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;">&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</span> <strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Suicide occurs due to a variety of causes, from heredity and biological factors to environmental factors. The present study aimed to evaluate the serum levels of vitamin D, ferritin, and hemoglobin in patients with attempted suicide referring to hospitals and compare them with the control group<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> A comparison was made between the serum levels of vitamin D, ferritin, and hemoglobin of 60 suicidal patients referring to Ali ibn Abitaleb hospital of Rafsanjan from March to september 2020 and those of 60 relatives of selected patients with no history of suicide. The control group completed the Beck Suicide Thought Questionnaire (BSTQ). Chi-square, ANOVA, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis statistical tests were used to analyze the data<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The serum level of vitamin D in Patient with attempted suicide was lower, compared to that in controls (P=0.025). Among the age group of 15-35 years, serum levels of vitamin D were lower than those in the control group (P=0.039). Moreover, serum ferritin level in the attempted suicide group was lower than that in the control group (P=0.003). Serum ferritin level was significantly lower among the suidide attempters aged 15-15 years (P= 0.003), men with attempted suicide (P= 0.003) and suicidal women (P= 0.045), as compared to the control group.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> As demonstratedd by the results of the present study, vitamin D deficiency and anemia can be two major risk factors for suicide.
