fa مقایسه استحکام باند برشی سه نوع ماده چسباننده برای نگهداری فایبرپست داخل کانال در ترمیم دندان‌های قدامی شیری به‌شدت تخریب‌شده Evaluation of Shear Bond Strengths of Three Adhesive Materials Used to Retain Fiber Post in the Severely Damaged Primary Anterior Teeth دندانپزشكي اطفال Pediatric Dentistry پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: پوسیدگی دندان و مشکلات پریودنتال از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های انسان و به‌عنوان معضل حل‌نشده بهداشتی درمانی در بیشتر کشورهای دنیا مطرح است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی و مقایسه استحکام باند برشی فایبرپست با سه نوع سمان متفاوت شامل یک نوع گلاس آینومر و دو نوع کامپوزیت Universal و Flowable بود. مواد و روش‌‌ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه آزمایشگاهی بود که روی ۳۰ دندان شیری قدامی دارای حداقل دوسوم ریشه سالم انجام شد. دندان‌ها به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه 10 تایی تقسیم شدند. دندان‌ها از قسمت ریشه درون آکریل سلف کیور مانت شدند. گروه 1 شامل باندینگ G-Premio Bond و کامپوزیت Universal، گروه 2 شامل باندینگ G-Perimo Bond و کامپوزیت Flowable و گروه 3 شامل سمان گلس آینومر بدون باند بود. بلافاصله Post fiber درون ماده سمان موجود در کانال قرار گرفت و طبق دستور کارخانه سازنده، لایت کیور شدند. استحکام باند برشی با دستگاه تست مکانیکی با سرعت 1 میلی‌متر بر دقیقه محاسبه شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین استحکام باند برشی در گروه کامپوزیت Universal، 4/82 ± 15/29، گلس آینومر ترمیمی 2/82 ± 9/74 و در گروه کامپوزیت Flowable، 4/91 ± 13/71 مگاپاسکال بود که اختلاف بین آن‌ها معنی‌دار بود (0/022=P). نتایج نشان داد میانگین استحکام باند برشی کامپوزیت Universal به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گلس آینومر ترمیمی بود (0/020=P)، اما این تفاوت برای مقایسه سایر گروه‌ها معنی‌دار نبود (0.05<P). نتیجه‌گیری: بیشترین مقدار استحکام باند برشی مربوط به کامپوزیت Universal برای سمان کردن فایبرپست در ترمیم دندان‌های قدامی شیری و کمترین نتیجه مربوط به گروه سمان گلاس آینومر بود که اختلاف معنی‌داری داشتند، اما با گروه کامپوزیت Flowable تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Tooth decay and periodontal problems are among the most common human diseases which are considered unsolved health problems in most countries of the world. This study aimed to investigate and compare the shear bond strength of the fiber post with three different types of cement, including Glass ionomer, as well as Universal and Flowable composites. Materials and Methods: This in-vitro study was conducted on 30 extracted anterior deciduous teeth with at least two-thirds of healthy roots. The teeth were randomly divided into three groups of 10. The teeth were mounted from the root part inside the self-curing acryl. Group 1 includes G-Premio Bond and Universal Composite, group 2 includes G-Premio Bond and flowable composite, and group 3 includes Glass ionomer without bond. Immediately, the fiber post was placed in the cemented material in the canal and was light-cured according to the manufacturer's instructions. Shear bond strength was performed by an electromechanical universal testing machine at a speed of 1 mm/min. Results: The shear bond strength mean values in the Universal composite, Glass ionomer, and Flowable composite groups were 15.29±4.82, 9.74±2.82, and 13.71±4.91 MPa, respectively, and the difference among them was significant (P=0.022). The shear bond strength mean value of the Universal composite was significantly higher than that of the Glass ionomer (P=0.020); however, this difference was not significant for comparing other groups (P<0.05).
