متعددی هستند که باعث محافظت افراد در مقابل گزش پشه ها می شوند. مطالعه حاضر اثر حشره کشی ، تحریک کنندگی و جلوگیری از خونخواری توریهای آغشته شده به حشره کشهای پیروتروئید را درآزمایشگاه بر روی نژاد های حساس (</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"> </span><font size="2">(</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">BEECH</span><font size="2"> ) و مقاوم (</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">DUB234</span><font size="2">) آنوفل استیفنسی مورد مطالعه قرار داده است.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار: </span></strong><font size="2"> در این مطالعه تجربی پشه های ماده 5-3 روزه بطور انفرادی در یک قفس به اندازه 25×25×25 سانتیمتر آزمایش شدند. به محض نشستن پشه بر روی ضلع فوقانی قفس که با حشره کش پیروتروئید آغشته شده بود و شروع خونخواری بر روی دست آزمایش کننده، ساعت ثانیه شمار به کار میافتاد و زمان صرف شده قبل از اولین پرواز و همچنین مجموع زمانهایی که بعد از آن پشه در مدت 15 دقیقه تست بر روی قسمت آغشته شده قبل از هر پرواز نشسته بود را ثبت و برای محاسبه مجموع زمان </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">(Accumulated time)</span><font size="2"> مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج:</span></strong><font size="2"> بر اساس زمان صرف شده قبل از اولین پرواز اختلاف معنی داری بین پشه های حساس و مقاوم که از طریق توریهای آغشته شده با پرمترین و آلفاسایپرمترین خونخواری کرده بودند نبود. این اختلاف در مورد دلتامترین معنی دار بود.</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"> </span><font size="2">میانگین مجموع زمان در مورد هر سه حشره کش تست شده در پشه مقاوم بطور معنی داری طولانی تر از پشه حساس بود. </font><font size="2">درصد خونخواری پشه های مقاوم از طریق توری آغشته شده به پرمترین و دلتامترین در مقایسه باپشه حساس بیشتر بود هر چند این اختلاف فقط در رابطه با پرمترین معنی دار بود . این موضوع در مورد آلفا سایپرمترین برعکس و از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود. میزان مرگ و میر در پشه حساس با پرمترین و آلفاسایپرمترین بالا بود اما پشه مقاوم در مقابل این اثر مقاومت style="font-size: 10pt"> نتایج ما این ایده را که کاهش تحریک پذیری در پشه های مقاوم و متعاقب آن زمان طولانی تماس آنها با توریهای آغشته شده به حشره کش، دوز بالای مورد نیاز برای کشتن این پشه ها را جبران میکند، تایید نمی نماید که این امر میتواند اثرات منفی بر روی محافظت فردی و یا اجتماعی مورد انتظار از پشه بندهای آغشته شده با حشره کشهای پیروتروئید داشته باشد. هر چند در افریقای غربی جائیکه آنوفل گامبیه در طبیعت مقاومت بالایی دارد ، هنوز توریهای آغشته شده به حشره کش بخوبی بر روی آنها موثر میباشد.</span></span></p> <p style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><span 12pt">A laboratory study was carried out to investigate the insecticidal, irritant and anti-feeding effects of nets treated with various pyrethroids against susceptible and highly pyrethroid resistant pyrethroids tested, the resistant strain spent a longer time in contact with a treated net, which was in contact with a human arm, than did the susceptible strain. With permethrin the resistant strain fed significantly more successfully through the treated netting than did the susceptible strain. With deltamethrin there was a non-significant tendency in the same direction in comparing the two strains. However, with alphacypermethrin there was a non-significant tendency in the reverse direction. Such compensation had been suggested with the West African An. gambiae where treated nets continue to work well against a highly resistant wild population.
