روشنی در باره صدمات این بیماری بر عملکرد سیستم عصبی – عضلانی بویژه در حفظ تعادل دینامیکی بیماران وجود ندارد. این اطلاعات </font><font size="2">می تواند کیفیت درمان را بهبود بخشد. به همین منظور این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تعادل دینامیکی کودکان فلج مغزی اسپاستیک با افراد سالم در شرایط گوناگون انجام شد.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span size="2"> ) و 20 نفر کودک سالم همگن با میانگین سن، قد و وزن مشابه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از یک دستگاه تعادل‎سنج دینامیکی میانگین انحرافات نقطه اثر نیروی ثقل بدن از مرکز مختصات سطح اتکاء اندازه گیری شد. آزمونهای تعادل در حالت‎های پایدار، نیمه‎پایدار و ناپایدار سطح اتکاء و نیز با کفش و بدون کفش تکرار شدند.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span حرکتی و تعادل دینامیکی بطور جدی آسیب می بیند. گیرنده های حسی ـ عمقی در این بیماران با ضعف عملکردمواجه هستند. پوشیدن کفش تعادل دینامیکی این بیماران را بهتر می کند. این نتیجه اهمیت کفش در برنامه درمان this disease on musculoskeletal function especially on the dynamic balance of the CP patients is not well understood. This information can improve the quality of the treatment. A stability platform system was used to measure the deviation on the mean point of the application of the center of gravity (COG) from the center of base of support (COBOS). Exercise therapy improves the mean deviation of COG in dynamic standing.
