fa مقایسه‌ی اثر مصرف موضعی شیر مادر، اتیل الکل 96% و خشک نگه داشتن طبیعی بر زمان افتادن بند ناف در نوزادان ترم سالم سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><b>مقدمه و هدف</b>: عفونت های بند ناف را می توان یکی از علل مهم ناخوشی ها و مرگ و میر نوزادان دانست. روش های مختلفی برای مراقبت از بند ناف به کار گرفته می شوند که کارآیی های متفاوتی دارند. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه سه روش مراقبتی استفاده موضعی از شیر مادر، استفاده موضعی از الکل 96%، و خشک نگه داشتن طبیعی بند ناف است. </div><div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><b>روش کار</b>: در این کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده آینده نگر، 207 نوزاد ترم سالم به طور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. گروه اول و دوم به ترتیب از مصرف موضعی شیر مادر و اتیل الکل 96% بر روی بند ناف تا دو روز بعد از افتادن آن استفاده کردند و گروه سوم فقط بند ناف را خشک و تمیز نگه داشتند. طول مدت افتادن بند ناف در سه گروه با استفاده از آزمون های ANOVA و Tukey HSD مقایسه شدند. </div><div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><b>نتایج</b>: تفاوت بین سه گروه از نظر مدت زمان افتادن بند ناف معنی دار بود. طول مدت افتادن بند ناف در گروه مصرف کننده الکل به طور معنی داری بیشتر از دو گروه دیگر بود ولی تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه مصرف کننده شیر مادر و گروه خشک نگه داشتن طبیعی دیده نشد. </div><div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه نهایی</b>: به نظر می رسد استفاده از شیر مادر بر روی بندناف و خشک نگه داشتن طبیعی بند ناف روش های قابل قبولی برای مراقبت از بند ناف هستند. استفاده از الکل برای مراقبت از بند ناف نوزادان ترم سالم که در شرایط طبیعی و در کنار مادر نگه داری می شوند توصیه نمی شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify direction: ltr"><b>Introduction & Objective</b>: Umbilical cord infections are of main causes for neonatal morbidities and mortalities. Different methods are used for umbilical cord care with multifarious efficien-cies. The aim of this study was to compare three methods of local use of maternal milk, local use of 96% ethyl alcohol, and dry cord care. </div><div style="text-align: justify direction: ltr"><b>Materials & Methods</b>: In this prospective, randomized, clinical trial, 207 healthy full-term neo-nates were randomly assigned to three groups. In the first and second groups, mothers rubbed her milk and 96% ethyl alcohol on umbilical cord until two days after its separation, respec-tively. In the third group, they only kept the cord clean and dry. The length of umbilical cord separation was compared among the groups with ANOVA and Tukey HSD tests.</div><div style="text-align: justify direction: ltr"><b> Results</b>: The difference among lengths of umbilical cord separation in three groups was statis-tically significant. For alcohol users group, this time was significantly longer than that for the other two groups.
