fa سرواپیدمیولوژی توکسوپلاسموز در زنان باردار شکم اول در شهر همدان در سال 83-1382 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه و هدف :</span></strong><font size="2"> توکسوپلاسموز از</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"> </span><font size="2">شایع ترین عفونتهای انگلی در انسان و حیوانات خونگرم می باشد که در بالغین سالم از نظر ایمنی عفونت مزمن، در افراد مبتلا به نقص سیستم ایمنی بیماری کشنده ودر زنان باردار,</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"> </span><font size="2">‏سقط یا اختلالات مادرزادی در جنین ایجاد می نماید. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان شیوع توکسوپلاسموز در زنان باردار شکم اول در شهر همدان برای برآورد بار مشکل و اهمیت بهداشتی این آلودگی در گروه در معرض خطر می باشد.</font></p> <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار :</span></strong><font size="2"><strong> </strong>این تحقیق یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است. با نمونه برداری خوشه ای تصادفی 576 نفر از مراجعین به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی انتخاب شدند. پس از ثبت اطلاعات در پرسشنامه و تهیه نمونه خون از این افراد آنتی بادی توتال علیه توکسوپلاسما گوندی در سرم آنها با روش </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">IFA</span><font size="2"> <span>مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت و عیار 1:20 و بالاتر به عنوان مثبت و حد آلودگی به توکسوپلاسموز تعیین گردید. همچنین تحلیل یافته ها به وسیله آمار توصیفی و آزمون مجذور کای صورت گرفت.</span></font></p> <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج :</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt"> </span></strong><font size="2">در این مطالعه شیوع توکسوپلاسموز 33.5% تعیین گردید</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"> </span><font size="2">بیشترین و کمترین میزان شیوع به ترتیب در افراد بی سواد (61.5%) و افراد دیپلمه (28.4%) دیده شد و رابطه معنی داری بین شیوع آلودگی و سن ، نحوه مصرف گوشت ، استفاده از گوشت تازه در تهیه کباب و میزان مصرف سبزیجات خام مشاهده گردید </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P<0.05)</span><font size="2">).  در صورتی که رابطه معنی داری بین شیوع آلودگی و تحصیلات ، تماس با گربه و گوشت خام ، طریقه شستشوی سبزیجات و مصرف شیر خام و تخم مرغ نیم پز مشاهده نگردید.</font></p> <p style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify"><strong><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه نهائی :</span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 9pt"> </span></strong><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt">این مطالعه نشان داد میزان آلودگی به توکسوپلاسما در این ناحیه پایین تر از بخش های شمالی کشور و بالاتر از بخش های مرکزی و جنوبی است. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده, راه آلودگی در افراد تحت مطالعه احتمالا خوردن کیست نسجی و اووسیست به ترتیب از طریق مصرف گوشت نیم پز و سبزیجات خام می باشد. با توجه به شیوع نسبتا بالای آلودگی و اهمیت توکسوپلاسموزدر زنان باردار و افراد دچار نقص سیستم ایمنی، می توان با آموزش بهداشت و افزایش سطح آکاهی های افراد و اقدامات کنترلی دیگر از ایجاد آلودگی و عوارض آن کاست.</span></p> <p style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: "Times New Roman" font-size: 16px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 22.6667px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt">Introduction & Objective:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">Toxoplasmosis is one of the most widespread parasitic infections in the human beings and other warm-blooded animals that can cause chronic infection in adults, fatal illness in immunodeficient patients and abortion in pregnant women or congenital abnormalities in fetus. Data for epidemiological factors was collected by a questionnaire and serum samples were collected for detection of total antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii. The titer of &ge 1:20 regarded as positive. Higher seropositivity observed in illiterate subgroup and lower infection rate was found in high school educated subgroup. Our study showed statistically significant relationship between seropositivity and age, fresh and undercooked meat and rate of vegetables consumption (P<0.05). On the other hand, there was not significant relationship between seropositivity and education, having contact with cats and meat, culture and washing vegetables, consuming raw milk and egg (P>0.05).</span></p> <p style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: "Times New Roman" font-size: 16px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 22.6667px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt">Conclusion:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">This study indicated that seropositivity for toxoplasmosis in this area is lower than northern parts and higher than central and eastern parts of Iran.
