fa ارزیابی نتایج درمان های ارتودنسی متحرک انجام شده توسط دانشجویان دندانپزشکی همدان در سالتحصیلی 1384-1383 The Evaluation of Orthodontic Treatment Outcome of Removable Appliance Performed by Under Graduated Hamadan Dental Students (2004-2005) سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">مقدمه و هدف : مقیاس ارزیابی جفتیPeer Assessment Rating (PAR) به عنوان یک شاخص جهت ارزیابی آنومالی های اکلوزالی که دریک مال اکلوژن یافت می شود به کار می رود. هر نمره میزان انحراف از اکلوژن نرمال را نشان می دهد. تفاوت بین نمرات قبل و بعد از درمان ، درجه بهبودی و نهایتاً موفقیت درمان را نشان میدهد. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی نتایج درمانهای ارتودنسی متحرک انجام شده توسط دانشجویان دندانپزشکی عمومی در دانشکده دندانپزشکی همدان براساس شاخص PAR می باشد. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">روش کار : این مطالعه تحلیلی از نوع قبل و بعد بوده و درآن کست های دندانی 70 بیمار ارتودنسی (22 پسر و 48 دختر) قبل و بعد از درمان براساس شاخص PAR مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اجزاء مورد بررسی شامل: سگمنت قدامی- فکین ، سگمنت خلفی راست و چپ فکین، اورجت، اوربایت، میدلاین و اکلوژن باکال راست و چپ بود. براساس معیارWeighted PAR ضرایبی برنمره خام هرکدام از اجزاء اعمال گردید. در نهایت مجموع نمرات بدست آمده قبل و بعد از درمان با استفاده از آزمون ناپارامتری ویلکاکسون مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">نتایج : نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت در متغیرهای سگمنت قدامی بالا، میدلاین، اکلوژن باکال سمت چپ، قبل وبعد از درمان معنی دار نبود <span style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">(P>0.05). درحالی که متغیرهای سگمنت قدامی فک پایین (0.039=P)، اورجت (0.001=P)، اوربایت (0.004=P) و اکلوژن باکال سمت راست (0.037= P)، قبل وبعد ازدرمان تفاوت معنی داری را نشان دادند. همچنین میانگین معیارPAR تفاوت معنی داری رابین‌ کست های قبل از درمان (0.94∓18.2)و بعداز درمان (0.68∓10.8) نشان داد (0.001 =P). <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">نتیجه نهائی : براساس نتایج این مطالعه 38.6 درصد از بیماران مورد مطالعه درجه «بدون تغییر یا بدتر » ، 57.1 درصد درجه «بهبودی » و 4.3 درصد از آن ها درجه «بهبودی کامل» داشتند. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">Introduction & Objective: The peer assessment rating index (PAR) has been developed to provide a single summary score for all the occlusal anomalies, which may be found in a malocclusion. The score provides an estimate of how it may deviates from normal alignment and occlusion. Reduction of score after treatment reflects the degree of improvement and, therefore, the success of treatment. The aim of this study was assessment of outcome of removable orthodontic treatment performed by under graduated dental students in orthodontic department of Hamadan dental school. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">Materials & Methods: In this descriptive- analytical study pre- and post-treatment dental casts of 70 patients were studied. According to PAR Index following variables were evaluated: upper right segment, upper left segment, upper and lower anterior segments, lower right segment, lower left segment, over jet, overbite, midline and right and left buccal occlusion. Weighted PAR score was given to the rough score of every component and final score were compared usingWillcoxon test before and after the treatment. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">Results: Results showed the differences between the pre- and post-treatment score of upper anterior segment, midline and left buccal occlusion were not significant (P>0.05). However, the pre- and post-treatment score of lower anterior (P =0.039), overjet (P =0.001), overbite (P=0.004) and right buccal segment (P =0.037) had significant differences.
