کبدی است که با تجمع اسیدهای صفراوی، افزایش تونوس اوپیوئیدهای درونساز، نیتریک اکساید و سیتوکین ها در پلاسما همراه است.</span><span> از آنجائیکه این پیامدها میتوانند روی هورمون های جنسی تأثیر بگذارند و</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span>بلحاظ اینکه باروری مناسب نتیجه توازن فیزیولوژ</span><span>یک</span><span> هورمون های جنسی می باشد</span><span>, </span><span>این </span><span>مطالعه روی پارامترهای اسپرم نداشته است </span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt">از نتایج این مطالعه حدس زده می شود که </span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt">اسپرماتوِژنز</span><span dir="rtl" cholestasis is associated with overproduction of endogenous opioids ,</span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 11pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt">nitric oxide and cytokins in the blood streams.</span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 11pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt">These consequences may affect sex hormones since proper fertility will be resulted from physiological balance of sex hormones, we investigated the relationship between obstructive cholestasis and gonadotropins and sperm parameters in adult male rats.</span></span></p> <p style="direction: ltr three groups of animals: control (No-surgery), Sham (surgical control), and cholestatic (surgical ligation of the bile duct). After 3 weeks all animals were killed by ether, and serum concentrations of FSH and LH were determined by radioimmunoassay, sperm parameters were evaluated by light microscop.</span></span></p> <p style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><font size="2">Results:</font></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt"> The findings of this study showed that LH and FSH levels decreased significantly in cholestatic compared to control and sham groups (p<0.05).
