fa مقایسه دو روش آموزش حضوری و غیرحضوری بر افزایش میزان شیردهی انحصاری به مادران باردار Comparison of Face to Face Education with Other Methods to Pregnant Mothers in Increase Exclusive Breast Feeding سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <h1 style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-style: normal font-variant: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify">مقدمه و هدف : امروزه اهمیت شیردهی انحصاری با شیر مادر در رشد و بقای کودک و نقش آموزش در ارتقاء فرهنگ شیردهی بر کسی پوشیده نیست. اکثر فعالیتهای آموزشی که تا کنون در این زمینه انجام شده در جهت آموزش مادران در دوران پس از زایمان و اجرای طرح هم اتاقی مادر و کودک (Rooming in) بوده است. در بررسی حاضر سعی شده میزان اثربخشی آموزش حضوری و غیر حضوری شیردهی قبل از زایمان مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گیرد.</h1> <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify">روش کار : در این مطالعه که از نوع کارآزمایی شاهد دار تصادفی شده می باشد 108 زن باردار در گروه سنی 20 تا 30 سال و در ماههای 8 و9 حاملگی با حداقل تحصیلات دیپلم ، اول زا و فاقد بیماری سیستمیک که به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر همدان مراجعه کرده اند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در ابتدا افراد مورد مطالعه به دو گروه 54 نفری تقسیم شدند و یک گروه تحت آموزش حضوری( سخنرانی، نمایش فیلمهای آموزشی، اسلاید، پرسش و پاسخ) و گروه دیگر تحت آموزش غیر حضوری( ارائه جزوه آموزشی که حاوی همان مطالب آموزش حضوری بود) قرار گرفتند و سپس هر دو گروه بمدت 6 ماه بعد از زایمان از نظر میزان شیردهی انحصاری تحت پیگیری قرار گرفتند. <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify">نتایج : طبق نتایج حاصله از این پژوهش میزان شیردهی انحصاری در 6 ماه اول زندگی از 56.5% در گروه آموزش غیر حضوری به 82.7% در گروه آموزش حضوری افزایش نشان می داد که از نظر آماری دارای اختلاف معنی داری می باشد (P<0.05). <p style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal line-height: 20px text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243) text-align: justify">نتیجه نهائی : روش آموزش حضوری نسبت به آموزش غیرحضوری در زمان بارداری بر افزایش شیردهی انحصاری با شیر مادر تأثیر بیشتری دارد. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">Introduction & Objective: There is a direct relationship between the education and exclusive breast-feeding. Most of the educational programs have given after child birth, based on " Rooming in plan”, but because of difficult situation and busy thoughts of mothers, they were not desirable way of education, therefore in this study the role of verbal & nonverbal education was evaluated on the rate of breast-feeding by mothers before delivery. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">Materials & Methods: This is a randomized controlled-trial study on 108 pregnant women, 20-30 yrs old, paraone, without any systemic disease referring to Health Center of Hamadan. They were divided into two groups of 54 each , group &Iota was given verbal education (lecture, movie, slide, question & answer) and group &Iota&Iota nonverbal education (pamphlet of verbal abstracts). The two groups were followed up to 6 months after delivery in respect of restricted breast-feeding. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)">Results: The rate of restricted breast-feeding was 82.7% for mothers on verbal education and 56.5% for nonverbal ones.
