fa گزارش یک مورد ادم خونریزی دهنده حاد شیر خوارگِِی سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties گزارش موردي Case Report <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه :</span></strong><font size="2"> ادم خونریزی دهنده حاد شیر خوارگی؛ بیماری نادر و حاد پوستی است که در سنین 4 ماهگی تا 2 سالگی دیده می شود و مشخصات بالینی آن شامل ضایعات پوستی پورپوریک به قطر چند میلیمتر تا چند سانتیمتر</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"> </span><font size="2"> می باشد.</font><font size="2"> درگیری سیستمیک در آن نادر است. سیر بیماری خوش خیم بوده و بصورت خودبخود در عرض 3-1 هفته بهبود می یابد.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">معرفی بیمار :</span></strong><font size="2"> یک دختر 22 ماهه مبتلا به ادم خونریزی دهنده حاد شیرخوارگی را معرفی می کنیم که بدلیل ضایعات پوستی پوپوریک صورت، گوش‌ها و اندامهای تحتانی که بطور ناگهانی ظاهر شده بودند در بخش بستری شد. از نظر آزمایشگاهی</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">CBC </span><font size="2">، کمپلمانها، الکترولیتها و کراتینین سرم نرمال بودند. همچنین </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">ANA</span><font size="2"> منفی و تستهای انعقادی طبیعی گزارش شدند. </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">ESR </span><font size="2"> برابر با </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"><font size="2">45mm/h</font></span><font size="2"> بود و آزمایش ادرار و مدفوع نکته ای نداشت. بیمار بدون مشکل خاصی خودبخود بهبودی یافت.</font></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: tahoma font-size: 12px font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-right text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px line-height: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه نهائی :</span></strong><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt"> </span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt">با توجه به حاد بودن ضایعات پوستی و حال عمومی خوب بیمار و یافته های آزمایشگاهی برای وی تشخیص ادم خونریزی دهنده حاد شیرخوارگی گذاشته شد.</span></span></p> <p background-color:="" direction:="" font-size:="" font-style:="" font-variant:="" font-weight:="" letter-spacing:="" line-height:="" new="" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: " text-align:="" text-indent:="" text-transform:="" times="" unicode-bidi:="" white-space:="" widows:="" word-spacing:=""><strong><font size="2">Introduction:</font></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt"> </span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt">Acute hemorrhagic edema of infancy is an acute and rare cutaneous disorder that affects children between 4 months to 2 years of age and characterized by cutaneous purpuric lesions with millimeters to centimeters diameter. Systemic involvement is rare. The disease is benign and spontaneously resolved in 1-3 weeks.</span></p> <p background-color:="" direction:="" font-size:="" font-style:="" font-variant:="" font-weight:="" letter-spacing:="" line-height:="" new="" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-family: " text-align:="" text-indent:="" text-transform:="" times="" unicode-bidi:="" white-space:="" widows:="" word-spacing:=""><strong><font size="2">Case Report:</font></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt"> Here we described a 22-months old girl with acute hemorrhagic edema of infancy who hospitalized in department of pediatric with the presence of erythematous-purpuric lesions localized on the face, ears and lower limbs that developed suddenly two days before hospitalization. Laboratory examination revealed including normal cell blood counts, serum complements, serum electrolytes and creatinin. ANA was negative. Coagulation tests were normal. ESR was 45 mm/h. Urine analysis and stool examination revealed no abnormal findings.
