مزمن کلیه جهت اصلاح عوارض تحت دیالیز قرار می گیرند. تغییرات ایجاد شده در پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی خون قبل و بعد از دیالیز بستگی به کیفیت عمل دیالیز دارد. نوع غشاء ، غلظت محلول دیالیز ، نوع محلول رقیق کننده از جمله فاکتورهایی است که در این مسئله دخالت دارند. نظر به اینکه اثرات دیالیزهای انجام شده در مرکز دیالیز همدان بر روی پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی مرتبط با استخوان قبلا" ارزیابی نگردیده بود و اطلاعاتی نیز در مورد تفاوت های احتمالی کاربرد غشاءهای مختلف تولید داخل (شامل </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">HD,R₄,R₃,S₃</span><font size="2">) موجود نبود ، لذا این مطالعه با اهداف یاد شده طراحی مطالعه از بیمارانی که در مرکز دیالیز بیمارستان اکباتان همدان تحت عمل دیالیز قرار می گرفتند نمونه خون قبل و بعد از دیالیز تهیه گردید. پارامترهای </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">Hb</span><font size="2"> ، </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">Hct</span><font size="2"> با استفاده از دستگاه سل کانتر </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">ABX</span><font size="2"> و سطح سرمی </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">Ca , P , Urea , Creatinine, Total Protein , ALP</span><font size="2"> با استفاده از اتوانالایزر </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">Tecnichon RA1000</span><font size="2"> اندازه گیری گردید. میانگین سطح سرمی این ترکیبات قبل و بعد از دیالیز با استفاده از آزمون </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">t</span><font size="2"> زوجی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. جهت آنالیز نتایج مربوط به غشاهای مورد استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شد.</font></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: 15pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج :</span></strong><font size="2"> نتایج حاصل نشان داد میزان کلسیم بعد از دیالیز 33 درصد افزایش داشت (</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P<0.0001</span><font size="2">). در حالیکه کاهش حدود 36 درصد در میزان فسفر مشاهده گردید (</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P<0.0001</span><font size="2">). در میزان فعالیت </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">ALP</span><font size="2"> تغییرات معنی داری مشاهده نگردید. با توجه به نوع غشاهای استفاده شده در تصحیح میزان اوره و کراتینین بیشترین کارآیی را غشا نوع </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">HD</span><font size="2"> و کمترین کارآیی را غشا نوع </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">R₄</span><font size="2"> داشت. در مورد سایر فاکتورهای مطالعه شده اختلاف معنی داری بین عملکرد انواع غشاها مشاهده نگردید.</font></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" پارامترهای مورد مطالعه را تصحیح کرده است. همچنین غشاهای مورد استفاده اثرات متفاوتی روی تصحیح این پارامترها نشان دادند.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span dialysis to correct the CRF complications. Alterations in biochemical parameters of blood depends on the quality of dialysis. Several factors such as membrane , concentration of dialysis solutions , and dilution are involved in this process. Since the efficacy of the dialysis performed in Hamadan have not been studied previously and there was not information about the efficiency of Iranian made membrane (HD , R4 , R3 , S3) , this study was designed and performed.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt">Materials & Methods:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt"> In this study some biochemical parameters including Hb , Hct , alkaline phosphatase , Ca , P , total protein , urea , creatinine before and after dialysis were measured in all patients referring to dialysis center of Hamadan. After collecting the blood samples before and after the dialysis, Hb and Htc were measured using the ABX cell counter. The other parameters were measured using Technicon RA1000 autoanalyser. The mean of these parameters before and after dialysis were compared using paired t-test. The results of different membranes were compared using ANOVA.</span></span></p> <p style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179) font-style: normal font-variant: normal font-weight: normal letter-spacing: normal orphans: auto text-align: -webkit-left text-indent: 0px text-transform: none white-space: normal widows: 1 word-spacing: 0px -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px font-family: 'Times New Roman' font-size: 12pt line-height: 17pt background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243)"><strong><font size="2">Results:</font></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt"> Results showed the serum level of total Ca increased 33% after dialysis (P<0.0001) while the P showed 36% decrease (P<0.0001). Alkaline phosphatase activity did not show any significant differences. Comparing the efficacy of different membrane in correction of urea and creatinine , HD membrane showed the most efficiency and R4 had the least (P<0.03).
