After 6 times of Betaferon injection vasculitis necrotizing was occurred with perforated ulcer (3</span><span style="font-size: 11pt">´</span><span style="font-size: 11pt">3.5 cm) on the Lt side prox. lower limb . The patient showed improvement after 3 months without debridment.
