fa بررسی میزان شیوع پادتن ضد ویروس هپاتیت HCV-Ab) C) در بیماران پسوریازیسی شهر کرمان The Prevalence of Hepatitis C Antibody in Psoriatic Patients in KermanThe Prevalence of Hepatitis C Antibody in Psoriatic Patients in Kerman سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179); font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 20px; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); text-align: justify;">مقدمه و هدف: پسوریازیس یک بیماری پوستی مزمن ، التهابی و پوسته دار است که در بسیاری از موارد عامل اتیولوژیک خاصی را نمی‌توان برای آن یافت. ارتباط پسوریازیس با ویروس هپاتیت (HCV)C در بعضی مطالعات ذکر شده است. به همین لحاظ این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان شیوع پادتن ضد ویروس هپاتیت (HCV-Ab)C در بیماران پسوریازیسی شهر کرمان انجام گرفت. <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179); font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 20px; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); text-align: justify;">روش کار: در این مطالعهHCV-Ab  به روش ELISA (Enzyme Linked immunosorbent assay) و جهت تائید در موارد مثبت به روش RIBA (Recombinant Immunoblot assay) در 132 بیمار پسوریازیسی به عنوان گروه مورد و 149 فرد بدون بیماری پسوریازیس بعنوان گروه شاهد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.  <p dir="rtl" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179); font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 20px; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); text-align: justify;">نتایج: از 132 بیمار 4 مورد (3%) و از 149 نفر شاهد 3 نفر ( 2%) HCV-Ab تائید شده به روش RIBA بدست آمد که اختلاف آماری معنی داری بین دو گروه دیده نشد (0.71=P). همچنین درمقایسه باشیوع HCV-Ab درجمعیت اهداء کنندگان خون در کرمان (1%) ، اختلاف آماری معنی داری بین گروه بیماران پسوریازیسی و این گروه از جهت مثبت شدن HCV-Ab وجود نداشت (0.39= P). در بیماران پسوریازیسی بین دو گروه مثبت و منفی از نظر HCV-Ab  ، اختلاف معنی داری از جهت سن ، جنس ، نوع بالینی بیماری پسوریازیس ، سابقه عوامل خطر اکتساب HCV و طول مدت بیماری وجود نداشت (P>0.05) . <p style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179); font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 20px; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243);">نتیجه نهائی: در بیماران مورد مطالعه ارتباط با اهمیتی بین پسوریازیس و هپاتیت ویروسی HCV) C) پیدا نشد و مشخص گردید که بیماران پسوریازیسی تفاوتی را از جهت مثبت شدن HCV-Ab نسبت به سایر افراد جامعه نشان نمیدهند. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179); font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17pt; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243);">Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that in most cases has no    specific etiology. It has been reported in some articles that some relationship may exist between psoriasis and hepatitis C virus. For this reason, this study was done to determine the prevalence of hepatitis C antibody in psoriatic patients in Kerman. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179); font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17pt; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243);">In this study, 132 patients with psoriasis and 149 blood donors or patients without psoriasis as controls were tested for HCV-Ab with using ELISA method and if positive, checked with RIBA method as well. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="color: rgb(45, 135, 179); font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17pt; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243);">4 of 132 psoriatic patients (3%) and 3 of 149 controls (2%) were positive for HCV-Ab, confirmed by RIBA method. There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups (P=0.71). Furthermore, in comparison with blood donors population in Kerman with an approximate prevalence of 1% positive HCV-Ab, our data showed no significant statistical difference between psoriatic patients and this group as well(P= 0.39).
