fa مقایسه زوایای tip و torque دندانها در بیماران پس از درمان ارتدنسی و افراد دارای اکلوژن نرمال Tip and Torque Angle of Permanent Teeth: A Comparison Between Treated Patients and Normal Group سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">زاویه محور طولی دندانها در بعد مزیودیستالی (tip) و در بعد باکولینگوالی (torque) در برقـــــراری اکلوژن ایده ال اهمیت ویژه ای دارد و از دیرباز توجه محققین را به خود جلب نموده است . هدف مطالعه حاضر مقایسه زاویه tip   و torque دندانهای دایمی در گروه درمان شده با دستگاه اج وایز وگروه دارای اکلوژن طبیعی بود . <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          در این مطالعه 19 بیمار که با روش استاندارد اج وایز و بدون کشیدن دندان معالجه شده بودند بعنوان گروه درمانی و 20 دانش آموز پیش دانشگاهی با اکلوژن نرمال بعنوان گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. پس از قالبگیری و تهیه کست از همه نمونه ها , نقاط و خطوط رفرانس روی سطح فاسیال دندانهای هر کست با مداد مشخص شد . زوایای tipوtorque تاج دندانها به کمک دستگاه ویژه ای که به همین منظور طراحی شده بود 3 بار اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج توسط آزمونهای آماری t-student و Kruskal-Wallis مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">         میانگین سن گروه درمانی و گروه کنترل بترتیب 0.5±18.8 و 0.8±20.3 بود. میانگینزاویه torque  buccal crown در گروه درمانی در دندان لترال بالا (8.76<span style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">∓5.82) بطور قابل ملاحظه ای نسبت به گروه کنترل (4.75∓5.21) بیشتر بود (p<0.03). همچنین تفاوت قابل ملاحظه ای در میانگین lingual crown torque پرمولردوم پایین در گروه درمانی (4.64 ± 26.66-) نسبت به گروه کنترل (5.99 ± 23.48-) دیده شد (p<0.05).  <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          به استثناء زاویه torque  دندانهای لترال بالا و پرمولر دوم پایین , اختلاف معنی داری بین دندانهای گروه دارای اکلوژن نرمال و گروه درمان شده با سیستم استاندارد اج وایزاز نظر زاویه tip وtoroque  مشاهده نشد. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="font: 12pt/17pt "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">The angle of long axis of tooth crown is called tip in mesiodostal and torque in faciolingual direction. Both have special importance for producing an ideal occlusion. The aim of the present study was determination of the average tip and torque of each permanent tooth in well treated patients with edgewise system compare to control group with normal occlusion. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="font: 12pt/17pt "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">In this study, 19 well treated cases through standard edgewise technique with non extraction strategy and 20 students of pre-university schools with normal occlusion according to IOTN were selected. Reference points and lines were marked on facial surface of each tooth on casts. Special device was designed for measuring the faciolingual and mesiodistal inclination of crowns. After 3 times measuring the tip and torque of teeth, student t-test and Kruskal – Wallis analysis were used for statistical analysis. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="font: 12pt/17pt "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">The mean age of control group was 18.8 ± 0.5 year and in treated group was 20.3 ± 0.8. There was significant difference between mean of torque in control group and treated group for upper lateral incisor (4.75±5.21 , 8.76±5.82 respectively , p<0.03 ) . Also a significant difference was seen in average torque of lower second premolar between control group and treated one ( -23.48±5.99 , -26.66±4.64 respectively , p<0.05).    There were no significant differences in tip of teeth between two groups.
