fa بررسی میزان شیوع دیسپپسی در روستاهای شهرستان همدان در سال 1381 Prevalence of Dyspepsia in Rural Districts of Hamadan City in 2002 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">Dyspepsia یکی از شایعترین علل مراجعه مردم به پزشکان می باشد که شکایات متعددی از قبیل سنگینی یا درد اپیگاستر ، ترش کردن ،‌ نفخ ،‌تهوع و استفراغ را بهمراه دارد. شیوع این ناراحتی در جوامع مختلف از 25 درصد تا 40 درصد گزارش شده است. هزینه بالا در تشخیص و درمان دیسپپسی اهمیت ویژه به این ناراحتی میدهد. لذا مستلزم بررسی و شناخت در گروههای جمعیتی است تا براساس داده‌های بدست آمده راهکار تشخیصی و درمانی مطلوب طراحی گردد. به همین منظور این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان شیوع دیسپپسی در روستاهای شهرستان همدان در سال 1381 انجام گرفت. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          پژوهش اخیر بصورت توصیفی مقطعی برروی 2700 نفر از جمعیت روستاهای شهرستان همدان که در گروه سنی 15 سال به بالا قرار داشتند انجام گرفت افراد نمونه مورد مطالعه به طریق تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب گردیده و مورد پرسش و معاینه قرار گرفتند اطلاعات دموگرافیک و اطلاعات تخصصی توسط پزشکان مرد و زن همکار طرح اخذ و در پرسشنامه وارد گردید و نتایـج بدست آمده با استفــاده از نرم افزار کامپیوتری و آزمون آماری X2 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          نتایج بدست آمده شیوع دیسپپسی را برابر 18 درصد گزارش کرد که به ترتیب در زنان 21 درصد و در مردان 11.6 درصد بود. 65 درصد از موارد دیسپپسی در گروه سنی 34 ـ 15 سال مشاهده گردید سنگینی یا درد اپیگاستر با فراوان 86.6 درصد و تهوع و استفراغ با فراوانی 37.2 درصد بیشترین و کمترین علائم را در کلیه سنین بخوداختصاص دادند. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          بررسی حاضر نشان داد که دیسپپسی در مناطق روستائی شهرستان همدان از شیوع قابل توجهی برخوردار می باشد. <p style="font: 16px/22.66px "Times New Roman"; text-align: justify; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">Dyspepsia is one of the most common entities referred to physicians by variable complaints including epigastric discomfort, upper abdominal fullness , heartburn, retching, nausea, vomiting and bloating. Frequency of Dyspepsia in different countries varies from 25% to 40% in general population. High costs in diagnosis and managements of Dyspepsia means this disease should be concerned at the top of priority in health - related problems. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the prevalence    of functional dyspepsia in rural individuals. <p style="font: 16px/22.66px "Times New Roman"; text-align: justify; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          2700 persons from all rural districts of hamadan having ages above 15 years old were enrolled.
