fa مقایسه اثر مهاری دو فرآورده دارویی گریپ میکسچر و کاراوی میکسچر بر اسپاسم ناشی از استیل کولین در روده موش صحرایی Comparison of Inhibitory Effect of Gripe Mixture and Caraway Mixture on Acetylcholine Induced Spasm in Rat jejunum سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">مقایسه اثر فرآورده های تولید شده با کاربردهای یکسان توسط شرکتهای مختلف ، یا مقایسه فرآورده های تولید داخل با فرآورده های خارجی می تواند گامی مؤثر و مهم در جهت بهبود کیفی فرآورده های داخلی باشد. در این بررسی اثر ضد اسپاسمی دو فرآورده گیاهی گریپ میکسچر و کاراوی میکسچر که به عنوان ضد اسپاسم و ضد نفخ گوارشی در کودکان تجویز می گردد مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته اند. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          قطعه ای به اندازه 2 سانتی متر از ژژونوم موش صحرایی در یک حمام بافت حاوی محلول فیزیولوژیک تیرود 37 درجه سانتیگراد که اکسیژن صددرصد دریافت می نمود قرار داده شد. با افزودن استیل کولین به محلول حمام بافت ، تا غلظت یک میکرو مول اسپاسم ایجاد شد و پس از به کفه رسیدن کشش حاصله ، حجم های مختلف از دارو به حمام اضافه گردید ، اثر مهاری دارو بر روی اسپاسم ثبت شد و پس از دوبار شستشوی روده و برگشت روده به میزان کشش پایه ، حجم های مختلف از داروی دوم بررسی گردید. نتایج بدست آمده با آزمون Paired t-test مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          نتایج بدست آمده نشان دهنده اثر مهاری هر دو دارو بر اسپاسم ایجاد شده توسط استیل کولین بر روده موش صحرایی بود که متناسب با افزایش حجم داروی بکار رفته میزان مهار افزایش می یافت. مهار ایجاد شده توسط کاراوی میکسچر در تمامی حجم های بکار برده شده در مقایسه با گریپ میکسچر افزایش معنی داری نشان داد(P<0.05). <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList1_ctl00_abstractLabel" style="font: 12px/15pt tahoma; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          فرآروده گیاهی کاراوی میکسچر اثر مهاری بیشتری بر اسپاسم ناشی از استیل کولین در روده موش صحرایی دارد و ممکن است این دارو در انسان نیز بتواند اثر مشابهی داشته باشد. <p style="font: 16px/22.66px "Times New Roman"; text-align: justify; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">In comparison of effects of various drugs with the same indications produced by different companies or comparing drugs manufactured in Iran with their foreign counterparts may result in producing drugs with higher qualities in our country. In this study the spasmolithic effect of two herbal drugs , gripe mixture and caraway mixture , that are prescribed as spasmolithic and carminative in infants were compared. <p style="font: 16px/22.66px "Times New Roman"; text-align: justify; color: rgb(45, 135, 179); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">          2 cm of rat jejunum was placed in a organ bath containing tyrode solution (37 C° , 100% O2) . The jejunum was contracted because of acetylcholine (1mml). when the muscle contraction reached the plateau  the different volumes of drug were added to the organ bath. The inhibitory effect of drug indicated by physiograph , the intestine was washed two times. When the intestine reached the basal tonicity , the different volumes    of second drug were tested. This inhibitory effect was dose dependent.
