widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 246, 243); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">روده(کولیت اولسراتیو) در یک مرد 23 ساله معرفی می شود . اولین علت مراجعه بیمار تب ، اسهال خونی ، دردشکم و توده شکمی بوده است . ولی در مدت 4سال بعد از اولین مراجعه بیمار حملات راجعه اسهال خونی ، کاهش وزن و علایم خارج روده ای ادامه داشته است . آخرین بار با آبسه پری آنال و تنگی رکتوم همراه با بزرگی گره های لنفاوی کشاله ران و توده های ناحیه امنتوم مراجعه می کند . در بررسی آسیب شناسی بیوپسی امنتوم و گره لنفاوی اینگوینال تکثیر منتشر ماکروفاژهای حاوی دانه های ارغوانی پریودیک ـ اسید ـ شیف مثبت همراه با اجسام تشخیصی میکالیس ـ گوتمن رؤیت می شود .</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_DataList2_ctl00_abstractLabel0" style="font: 12pt/17pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;
