fa مطالعه فراوانی ، خصوصیات بالینی و آسیب شناسی 199 بیمار مبتلا به ضایعات لب و مخاط دهان از سال 1370 لغایت 1377 The Survey of Frequency , Clinical and Pathological Aspects of Lip and Oral Mucosal Lesions on 199 Patients During 1991-98 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original ضایعات لب و مخاط دهان در طیف وسیعی از بیماریهای ارثی و اکتسابی دیده می شود . هدف از این بررسی تعیین فراوانی ، خصوصیات بالینی و آسیب شناسی اینگونه ضایعات درمراجعه کنندگان به بخش پوست بیمارستان سینا همدان طی  سالهای 1377-1370می باشد.           این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی ـمقطعی گذشته نگر بود که اطلاعات مربوط به بیماران از طریق مراجعه به دفاتر ثبت  مشخصات بیماردر بخش پوست جمع آوری گردید وآنالیز اطلاعات توسط نرم افزار EP16 انجام شد.           از تعداد 4288 مورد  بیوپسی انجام شده ،199نفر (6/4%)مبتلا به ضایعه لب و مخاط دهان بودند که از این تعداد 128نفر(3/64%)در گیری لب ،71نفر (7/30%)در گیری مخاط دهان و 10نفر(5%)در گیری همزمان لب ومخاط دهان داشتند.از بیماران مبتلا به ضایعه لب،100نفر (5/72%)را جنس مذکرتشکیل می داد.شیوع ضایعات مخاط دهان در هر دو جنس‌ تقریبا ًیکسان ‌بود. سن ‌شایع برای ضایعات لب ومخاط دهان بترتیب دهه هفتم و دهه چهارم زندگی بود. زنان خانه دار ،کشاورزان ومحصلین  بیشترین گروههای شغلی را تشکیل ‌می‌دادند. نواحی‌ شایع ‌در گیری ‌در لب‌ تحتانی ، مخاط گونه و سطح پشتی زبان بود . بیشترین فراوانی ‌شکل ‌بالینی‌ را در ضایعات لب ، کیست‌ و پلاک ‌و در مخاط ‌دهان ، پلاک ‌، سیس ‌اروزیون ‌و پاپول ‌تشکیل ‌می‌داد . در188 مورد(5/94%(تطابق ‌بین ‌تشخیص‌ بالینی و آسیب شناسی وجود داشت.           شایعترین ضایعات لب و مخاط دهان را در این مطالعه ، اسکواموس سل کارسینوما تشکیل می داد و مراتب بعـــدی بترتیب مربوط بود به Actinic  cheilitis ، موکوسل ، لیکن پلانوس دهانی ، زگیل دهانی ، لکو پلاکـــی ، گرانولوم پیوژنیک وپمفیگوس ولگاریس دهانی بود. <div>           Lip and oral mucosal lesion is observed in many of hereditary and    acquired diseases. This study is a survey of frequency , clinical and    pathological aspects in patients who suffer from lip and mucosal lesion ,    referred to department of dermatology of Sina Hospital in Hamadan    between 1991-1998 .           In this retrospective  - cross sectional study , the information was    collected through patients file and then analysis of the information was    done by EPI6 software.           Out of the 4288 biobsy cases,199 cases(4.6%) were affected with labial    and oral mucosal lesion . Of these, 128 cases(64.3%)had lip lesion , 71 cases    (30.7%) had oral mucosal  lesions and 10 cases (5%) had both. In  patients    with labial lesions , 100 cases (72.5%) were male, however the incidence of    oral mucosal was the same for both sexes. The common age for lip and oral    mucosal lesions was the seventh and fourthdecade respectively. Housewives,    farmers and student were the most involved  professional groups.
