fa گزارش ارزیابی سکته های مغزی در بیماران دیابتی بستری در بیمارستان سینای همدان از سال 74 لغایت 77 سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی خصوصیات اپیدمیولوژیک سکته های مغزی و فراوانی آن نزد بیماران دیابتی بستری در بیمارستان سینا همدان در طی سالهای 1374 لغایت 77 می باشد.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; از میان 1320 پرونده بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی 50 مورد بیمارانی که بیماری دیابت در آنها ثابت شده بود مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; در یافته ها مشاهده شد که اغلب بیماران مبتلا به دیابت غیر وابسته به انسولین و از جنس مؤنث بودند (به ترتیب 64% و 60%) . سن بیماران اکثرا&quot; بین 75-55 سال (76%) و بنحو چشمگیری بروز سکته های مغزی در زیر 55 سال سن ، کاهش نشان می داد(4%). اغلب سکته های مغزی در نزد این بیماران از نوع ایسکمیک در مقایسه با هموراژیک بود(به ترتیب 72% و 28%) . ارتباط معنی داری بین مدت زمان دیابت و بروز سکته مغزی در بیماران دیده نشدو نیز رابطه معنی داری بین میزان قند خون در زمان پذیرش بیمار به بیمارستان و بروز سکته مغزی مشاهده نگردید.</span></p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">The&nbsp;&nbsp; main&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; object &nbsp;&nbsp;of&nbsp; the&nbsp; study is&nbsp; to&nbsp; evaluate&nbsp; the&nbsp;&nbsp; epidemiological</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; specifications of strokes and the abundance of strokes in diabetic patients</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; in Sina Hospital Hamadan during 1995 to 1998.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; From&nbsp;&nbsp; 1320&nbsp;&nbsp; cases&nbsp;&nbsp; of&nbsp; strokes , there were 50 diabetic patients. In&nbsp;&nbsp; the&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; study&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; we&nbsp;&nbsp; noticed&nbsp;&nbsp; that&nbsp;&nbsp; most &nbsp;&nbsp;of&nbsp; the&nbsp; patients&nbsp;&nbsp; were NIDDM (94%)and</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; female (60%).
