fa بررسی بیماریهای پوستی در عقب ماندگان ذهنی مرکز شهید فیاض بخش همدان سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">هدف: تعیین میزان شیوع بیماریهای پوستی در عقب ماندگان ذهنی موجود در مرکز شهید فیاض بخش همدان.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">محیط و جامعه:110نفرعقب مانده ذهنی موجود در مرکز شهیدفیاض بخش طی7ماه درسال 1373.&nbsp; روش: مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی ، مقطعی ، آینده نگر</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">نتایج: افراد موجود در این مرکز 29-3 ساله بودند که اکثرا&quot; در محدوده سنی 10-5 سال قرار داشتند. از میان این افراد 57 نفر مونث (8/51%) و 53 نفر مذکر (2/48%) بودند. 64 نفر (58%) دارای ضایعات پوستی بودند که 35 مورد (7/54%) را دختران و 29 مورد (3/45%) را پسران تشکیل می دادند. اغلب بیماران با ضایعات پوستی در سنین 15-5 سال بودند. از میان افراد بستری 36 نفر (7/32%) دارای 25<span dir="LTR">IQ<</span> و بقیه افراد 3/67% دارای 50-25=<span dir="LTR">IQ</span> بودند. 75% افراد با 25<span dir="LTR">IQ<</span> و 50% افراد با 50-25=<span dir="LTR">IQ</span> دارای ضایعات پوستی بودند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; در بررسی انجام شده در این بیماران 25 نوع بیماری پوستی مشخص شده است که شایعترین آنها بیماریهای عفونی پوست بوده است 3/45% . از این میان عفونتهای باکتریال مخصوصا&quot; زرد زخم شایعترین بیماری را تشکیل داده است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; شیوع بیماریهای پوستی در بهره هوشی کمتر از 25 بیشتر بوده است و در عقب ماندگان ذهنی شدید همراه با نقص جسمانی شیوع بیماری بالاتر بوده است. </span></p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">Mental deficiency is not a disease in its own right but a condition resulting from a variety of causes, some inborn and others acquired. The skin abnormalities of mental defectives fall into three broad groups: 1. Cutaneous lesions specifically associated with syndromes of genetic or developmental origin. 2. Non-specific cutaneous lesions showing an increased prevalence in mental defectives. 3. non-specific cutaneous lesions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">We examined 110 mental retarded cases in Fayyaz Bakhsh center during 7 months from April to November 1994. Their skin disease were diagnosed by physical exam. Smear, biopsy&nbsp; and pathology.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Most cases were predominantly children and skin disease in 5-15 years age group was more than the other group.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In patients with IQ < 25 , the incidence of skin disease was more than the others.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Also the incidence of skin disease in mental retarded with anomaly was higher than the other groups.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The infectious skin disease in severe mental retarded was high.
