fa بررسی یافته های کلینیکی ، عوارض و نحوه نگهداری 24 بیمار مبتلا به افزایش مصرف T.C.A سایر تخصص هاي باليني Other Clinical Specialties پژوهشي Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; مصرف وسیع داروهای ضد افسردگی سه حلقه ای و نزدیک بودن سطح درمانی به میزان سمی این داروها و جذب سریع آن از دستگاه گوارش باعث عوارض مختلف و مرگ سریع در بیماران با افزایش مصرف این داروها خواهد شد. نتایج حاصله از بررسی روی 24 بیمار نشان داد که انتقال سریع بیمار به بیمارستان و شستشوی معده مهمترین اقدام درمانی بوده ، در صورت کاهش فشار خون نیازی به تجویز ترکیبات با خواص اینوتروپیسم مثبت نبوده و پس از گذشت 24 ساعت از بستری شدن و عدم وجود کاهش سطح هوشیاری و تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرام می توان بیماران را ترخیص کرد.</p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;">The extensive use of tricyclic antidepression drugs, the approximation of the therapeutic levels of the drugs to toxic level and the availability of the drugs to depressed patients who have potentially the idea of committing suicide has made these drugs one of the most popular drugs for the patients who commit suicide in a retrospective study on 24 patients in Sina Medical Center in Hamadan. We came to this conclusion that prompt transfer of the patients and gastric lavage the most important way of the management.
