Introduction: Aneurysmal bone cyst is a rare primary or secondary osseous tumor which is frequently seen in the mataphysis of long bones. Its treatment mostly is curettage and bone graft.

Case Report: The patient is a 23 year old man with a left femoral diaphysial and juxtacortical aneurysmal bone cyst who underwent extended curettage after diagnostic work-up and preoperative ambolization.

Conclusion: Although aneurysmal bone cyst is an aggressive and destructive lesion, it is mostly a treatable tumor by timely and correct measure without sequel
